We are set up at UNCW where the map shows on Tues & Thur. Weds & Fri we move around town to different spots… check Facebook or Twitter for locations.

We specialize in smoked meats including Pulled Pork BBQ, Beef Brisket, Ribs, & Chicken. We also have chicken tenders for those not wanting smoked meats. Sides available on the truck are baked beans, green beans, slaw, potato salad, fries, & hush puppies. We are often at festivals across the state & do a tremendous amount of catering. Best BBQ in 100 miles.
Best beef brisket sandwich, simply amazing.
They also made the best ribs at Rib Fest this year: amazing dry rub, no need for tons of sauce, they were moist and perfect.

This is without a doubt, this is the best BBQ Iv ever had. The food truck is on the Uncw campus Mon, Tue and Thursday and I’m there at least once/​week.
The food: well, as I previously said. Best BBQ in the area. The brisket is also good. The mac and cheese is inconsistent but when they have it I always get it. Their fries are always good and fresh. I LOVE the western style BBQ vinegar sauce! The pulled pork is to die for! Moist, flavorful and delicious! The chicken tender sandwich is also crispy and fresh and awesome.
The service: service is fast and friendly. Since I go there so often they started to known my name :)
Ambiance: Well, it’s a food truck so there really isn’t an ambiance to the place. But if I ever see them downtown or at events I always pop in and say hey!
I love this food truck and I love supporting the local business! I highly recommend!

Drove out to this place due to the rave reviews during it’s hours of operation and was closed. What the hell… plenty of other BBQ joints around to sample the good stuff. Thanks for the wasted time spent.

Best BBQ in town! The pulled pork has a good mix of lean and fatty meat, mixed with creamy coleslaw and tangy vinegar-​based sauce… one of the best BBQ I’ve had. I haven’t tried the ribs and briskest yet but I heard they are as good as the pulled pork. I wish they would be near my workplace every week!
