Nothing but the highest of praise for Phyllis! Spoke to her over the phone from Philly in anticipation of needing documents to be notarized at my Mothers bedside in Wilmington, DE. Phyllis thought of everything even to make sure we had a witness available. These details I would not have known ahead of time and could have really put a wrinkle in the plan to get the notary and contract signing completed. She had great flexibility in light of impending snow. We were able to coordinate arrival times in the early evening. She had such thorough knowledge of the process and found an error in the documents. She did not want to notarize with an error, and so offered to take the documents, contact the law firm in the morning and FedEx out once she determined if it needed to be corrected. And she was correct, the attorney had an error in the documents. So grateful for her diligence. Aside from all that, Phyllis is just a delightful, lovely woman. It was a pleasure to meet and work with her, we were relaxed and confident in her services.
