Went there for lunch today. This place is clean and organized, which is the only compliment I can find for this place. The service is very slow, the taste of food is so weird and way below average! I ordered the Japanese noodle, I would say it tasted more like sweet and salty noodle. My friend ordered the curry noodle soup, she ordered the regular size(NOT small size), but the quantity of the soup was like a mini size of the soup, it came in a huge bowl though. Worst curry soup ever! Will never never never ever go back!

I had food there today and I feel the taste is below average and customer service is pathetic and food is very bad to taste. The quantity is very less and I will never suggest my friends and relatives to visit this bad worst place for having noodles. the noodles were half cooked and all veggies were raw.

I used to love this place, particularly their buttered noodles. Recently, though, they’ve begun to get lazy or whatever with making the pasta and a bunch of different ingredients that are supposed to be in other dishes keep ending up in mine(I’ll find a few macaroni noodles, a couple pieces of weird meat, and a couple pieces of unidentified vegetable, for example, in my plain buttered noodles). I could kind of deal with that, but today I found an inch long black hair hair in my noodles and almost puked. I’m giving it two stars instead of one because the atmosphere is nice, the workers are pretty friendly most of the time, and the other dishes don’t seem to be as poorly made as the buttered noodles(I get them without seasoning btw — just a bit of cheese on top).

The first Noodles & Co I visited was in Hunt Valley, Maryland. I was rather impressed with that one, so I was pleased when a Noodles & Co location opened up here in Delaware.(Well, two locations, because there’s another one in Christiana Mall.) I love the Asian-like noodle bowls(Bangkok Curry, Pad Thai, Indonesian Peanut Sauté, Japanese Pan Noodles) for the flavor. The downside though is for the prices they are charging, the noodle bowls never seemed filling enough to satisfy. Maybe I’m just a big eater. However, I usually take advantage of BOGO coupon deals and they have always handled my request to pack the second bowl to-go with ease and efficiency. So the service is great. Other details: They have a Coke Freestyle machine, which is good if you like choices and flavor-mixing. Also, this location has WiFi, although in my experience, the bandwidth is low enough that mobile data on my phone is faster.

The Subway of Noodles. It may seem like a healthy alternative, but is it actually that? Service was slow and not very friendly. Food was kind of bland. We just popped in for a quick bite at the mall, I had soup and my kid had Mac-n-cheese. The tables were almost all taken by customers, or they were waiting to be bussed. We cleaned off a table and waited twenty minutes for someone to bring our meal. They don’t offer any bread, but said the soup came with crackers, which was a lie. A LIE, I TELLYOU. Also, it’s about as Asian-fusion as a Speed Racer cartoon. Let’s put it this way: if you consider Olive Garden Italian food, then this is your kind of Asian-fusion.

Now this was a very pleasant surprise from the one I went to in Moorestown, NJ(see that review). This was awesome! Love the atmosphere, and the food was great. Had a wonderful time. Best of all, it was right inside the mall. Went right back to shopping. Would I go again! Yes, indeedy.

Really good choice for catering. Family and friends esp loved the penne rosa and indonesian peanut sauté. Noodles and Co. brought over food for 60 and did a really nice job with set up. All I had to provide were drinks and cups, as N&C brought plenty of plates, napkins, Sterno(even matches), and plastic cutlery. Dishes were nicely labeled, and lots of toppings were on the side, which allowed for customization and kept the toppings crisp. The guys at the firehouse were happy to take our leftovers. :)

Thanks Unilocal.I wrote this whole review out and was asked to log in and they lose the whole thing… Anyway, really enjoyed the Asian noodle dishes during my three visits. The large was very filling. I tried the Indonesian Peanut Sauté, the Japanese Pan Noodles, and the Bangkok Curry. The first two were delicious. I tried chicken, then tofu. Much preferred the tofu, nicely crunchy and spiced. The last was a bit dry and old tasting but I still ate every bite. I got the small bowl last time and a small salad with a nonfat Asian vinaigrette. I really enjoyed that. The staff has been friendly and helpful every time I’ve visited. The service was a bit slow the first couple of times but quick the last time. Very clean and such a great alternative to the same old from the rest of the mall. I can get something healthy and gourmet tasting while the rest of the fam buys their nuggets and fries. I only hope Delaware doesn’t let another good alternative go out of business. They seem to enjoy their vanilla menus like Grotto’s, Chick Fil-A, and Subway.

Worst noodle place I have ever been to. Next time, I will save my money and spend a quarter on Ramen Noodles and get better taste. I had the Bangkok Curry noodle and my friend had the Chicken Caesar sandwich with Tomato Bisque soup. My friend’s dish was supposedly just OK at best with the soup being mediocre. My dish — the Bangkok Curry noodles was horrible. very little hint of thai curry taste. Chicken was dried up strips. The veggies were not great. Just an awful dish. NEVERWILLRETURNTOTHISPLACE,

Good for a quick bite. Service was friendly and fast. Penne rosa was much spicier than I anticipated, but they were very nice about replacing it with Japanese pan noodles when I asked. $ 1 soup/salad additions are a good deal. Overall, above average bang for your buck.

Had a wonderful meal with my girls at Noodles & Company the other day… We tried three different pastas — Buttered Noodles with Grilled Shrimp, Wisconsin Macaroni and Cheese, and the Indonesian Peanut Sauté — all were great! Just don’t be like me — pay attention when the dish has two peppers next to it — the Asian Peanut Noodle dish was pretty dang HOT!!! Sadly I didn’t get to use any Sriracha which they have an ample supply of!!! My soup-loving daughter had the Tomato Basil Bisque which seemed pretty near perfect to me, and my younger daughter and I both had the side salad — a nice sized portion of field greens, tomatoes and cukes(and if I recall correctly, red onion) with a very good balsamic vinaigrette. The service was great — the employees were all courteous and attentive and the food came out quickly… I also felt that it is priced appropriately. Anyway, I’d been wanting to try it for a while and I’m glad that I finally did. In my opinion, it’s probably one of the better places to eat at the Concord Mall now.

Wow, what a cute, fun place to hang out and meet up with friends for lunch. I ordered a small mac n cheese with the parm crusted chicken. While the parm crust came off of the chicken as I ate it, I was still happy with it. The best part of my experience(beside the fact that I was able to see my friend Esther) was the soda machine. LOVEDIT! I am on a sparkling water/seltzer kick to avoid aspartame, but when I saw that they had a Coke Zero option, I went for it. My first fill of the Coke Zero was raspberry and lime. Then my refill was Coke Zero Cherry Vanilla. And before I left I went back to the raspberry and lime. Such a fun machine. The possibilities are endless. Service was also very quick and the associates there are nice!

I’ve always enjoyed this location more than other noodles locations. They seem to have things down fast and efficient! I love the pan noodles the best :)

The Japanese noodle dish is quite good, and with marinated steak added to it. On-line ordering is very convenient.

The service was awesome. We love Noodles and Company — they are abundant in Colorado. So happy to find one close to our new home. The employee helping us noticed that we were commenting on the new appetizer options, and they ended up bringing us a free flatbread! Sweet! The new Mac and Cheese options are phenominal!

This is a refreshing addition to the mall menu! It’s definitely a step up from fast food. They serve your food to you at your table after you order it from the counter. The pasta dishes are fresh and served quickly. My husband has been getting the vegetarian asian dishes and has been very happy with them. I’ve had the mac and cheese and I’ve enjoyed it as well. The side salads are small, but I think they’re only a dollar so what the heck. The last time I was there I asked for no dressing on my salad. They mistakenly put dressing on my salad and were more than happy to remake the salad for me. Finally, they have one of those super duper awesome Coke machines that make about a zillion different soda flavors… Grape Fanta Zero!!! Yay!!!

The noodles are here, the noodles are here!!! 5 Stars just for the fact that there is now a location of Noodles & Co close enough to drive. Quick, good, friendly and where else are you going to get pulled-pork mac & cheese? Welcome to DE, Noodles. We’re are glad you’re here.

Yummy chain noodle place at the entrance to Concord Mall. Obviously new as their liquor license hasn’t materialized yet. But still, their menu offers a bit of everything with a little Asian infusion flaire. And for an extra dollar, a salad or a soup can be enjoyed to make the excursion a full dinner. Extremely friendly staff eager to help. My only criticism is the early closing, about 8PM.
