I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from there earlier this week. The salesman was nice and not pushy! I had almost given up of shopping for a car because I couldn’t stand to deal with salespeople! We went back and forth with the price a bit, but ultimately it was a good deal. They even found me a lower interest rate than they had initially said they could. I like that they change my oil for free for a while too. I’ve been telling family members looking for cars to go there. I think they are really good people up there. I would totally shop from them again :)

Brooke was a total sweetheart in the Express Lane. Brian got to work on my oil change and 5 way tire rotation. I also had broken rear windshield wiper (my human error caused it) and was able to go to Parts and get that taken care of. Parts, service and the express service cashiers/​clerks are all next to each other on the right side of the building.
These people were cracking jokes with me and the customer service was top notch. This is the place I am bringing my 2009 Jeep Wrangler from now on until I move out of the Wilmington area.

We purchased a 2008 dodge van for $ 8900. It was such a nice van my wife drove it back after a week to check it shifting into gear hard. (She’s not used to some horses under the hood) they test drove it and it began to smoke and pump water out. Mind you this is an «as is» car. They took it to their dealer mechanic and are fixing it for us no charge! With the part on order they provided at no expense a loaner van for my wife to take our kids home in. When they arrived home they called and needed the van back because they sold it and rather than make her go back they delivered a new loaner van to her and $ 20 for gas as it was almost out.
This company has earned our complete confidence and we will only shop here for our vehicles. The level of service provided is so far above and beyond we feel the value of this company is worth more than every penny we spent! Remember this was on an «as is» car, I am fully satisfied any warranty new car will be well taken care of with the Neuwirth name. Thank you Neuwirth motors for such an amazing experience and putting all other car dealership to shame!
