History

Established in 1931.

Our history begins with two Wilmington attorneys, George Hering, Jr. and John Morris. Joining forces in 1931 as Hering & Morris, this legal team represented banks and the growing savings and loan business (Hering) and the trial needs of the business community (Morris).
