I can’t comment negatively on his products or the quality of his service, But his prices are way out of line in comparison to the other local haulers. He wanted to charge me over $ 650 for 9 ton of crushed stone delivered. I called around and had the exact same material delivered for $ 325. His price for topsoil blend was over 50% higher than his competitors.

I bought black dirt from Mike’s to fill in some lo spots in my yard. After the first rain all of the black washed out and all that was left was sand. I had planter $ 150 in Centipede grass seed and all was lost. I even strawed the surface as directed by the Seed manufacturer and water as prescribed. Since Nothing will grow on these repaired areas, not weeds or grass, nothing. I went to talk with the owner and he said «All the Dirt here is like that» I don’t think so. I showed him pictures and he could care less. STAY AWAY, This guy is a scammer.
Ps I suppose if you are buying rocks it would be ok if you bring your own scale.
