History
Established in 2001.
After being a real estate investor for several years, I decided to get my license in 2000. Shortly thereafter, I became a broker/Realtor and joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty in 2001.
After growing my business as a solo agent for a few years, I quickly realized I needed help to continue to grow while never losing sight of the fact that I need to maintain the highest level of service for my clients. That led me to begin bringing in team members we could train and have specialty fields. Much like a cardiologist will focus on the heart, we have our own team members that focus on the variety of needs our clients will require.

Mark Zimmerman has several years experience in sales and marketing and has developed a passion for both. Mark’s passion is to help others and truly has a giving heart. Mark loves it when he is able to help someone when they thought there wasn’t any way possible to achieve their goal. Mark enjoys solving problems that may arise and the challenges that some may face in finding and purchasing their dream home. Putting the deal together and handing over the keys is one of his happiest moments that he looks forward to. Another favorite time of his is at the closing table with Mr. and Mrs. Seller transferring ownership over to the buyers and the completion of a job well done.
