Dr Gainer had a previous dental practice in Lexington Park Maryland for 25 years but decided to relocate to Wilmington, NC and purchased the dental practice from John M Romulus DDS and opened February 14, 2011.

Business Owner

James Gainer DDS is a new dentist in Wilmington, NC, originally from Lexington Park, MD. He purchased the dental practice from John Romulus DDS and began his practice at Wrightsvilled Dental on February 14, 2011. He and his wife reside in Hampstead, NC. They have two children ages 17 and 21. Dr Gainer is an excellent dentist with 27 years of experience and is very gentle with his patients. He is very thorough in explaining his procedures to the patient to help end any of their apprehension. Dr Gainer is also a «Preferred» provider for «Invisalign» which allows the straigtening of teeth without bands. This gives his patients one more reason to Smile!
