Great Clips provides quality hair cuts for men, women and children at a reasonable price, $ 14 for adults, $ 12 for Seniors and children. No appointments are needed, walk right in and sit right down. We are open 7 days a week so you can stop in when it fits your schedule. Mon-​Fri 9am-​9pm, Sat 9am-​6pm and Sun 10am-​5pm.

We also sell quality men’s and women’s hair products and even have a line specially designed for children.

I wish I could give negative stars and hence that one star. This place lately had been getting worst and today they proved it by making horrible mistake of cutting my hair too short leaving a big spot (like no hair) on left hand side of my head. I just told the person to do pompadour which isn’t that difficult. Instead of admitting her mistake she blamed the clipper and offered me a free cut which was so annoying. I wish I could have done the same mistake on her to see the reaction.

Never coming back again and would spread a word of cautious about Great clips!

I can’t speak for the other stylists, but Rachel always does an awesome job. She has been cutting my hair here for the last 8 months. I am a young professional in finance so I can’t get too crazy with my hair, but she always knows what is in style and I trust her to make my hair look good. Some other people have had bad experiences I see based on some of the reviews, but I can say they definitely didn’t have Rachel as a stylist, and that she has never let me walk out looking a mess.

One of the worst haircuts of my life. Couldn’t do a basic haircut and was just not with it. Never had a simple trim messed up so bad. Also, they matched me with «menelli» (spelling), a four foot tall woman. I am 6’4″. Even with me slouching she had a difficult time. All downhill from there. My neckline has ridiculous almost bald lines in it where she slipped several times.
Last but not least, an eight year old was trying to ring me up at the counter at the end so who do I express my concerns to? Beware.

Terrific place to get a nice comfortable hair cut. It gets sweeter with the promotion they are running — 6.99 for a hair cut? Unbelievable.

Laarv will not come back here. She went in for a simple couple of inches trimmed. Upon coming home she and her companion realized a big chunk of her hair was still there basically it looked like a rat tail. Laarv went back to get it fixed and the hairstylist was very defensive and said nothing was wrong with it even though there was a rat tail hanging down her neck. Finally she listened to Laarv and fixed it by cutting more off. The experience was less than satisfying however you can’t beat the price unless you went somewhere that actually cut your hair well.

This Great Clips opened at the beginning of March 2012 in the Concord Square strip mall on Concord Pike northbound. (Southbound access is available via traffic light intersection halfway down the strip mall.)
One nifty thing about Great Clips is you can use their phone app to check in to the store location and get on the waiting list. The same app also shows waiting times at all store locations in the area, so you can pick one. On the evening I went to Great Clips, the wait was zero but I’m sure it is useful sometimes.
This location is brand new and I thought service was excellent. Time will tell whether they keep up this level of service or it erodes as the location becomes busier. For now, I’d certainly return.
