I don’t know what the other reviewers are talking about. I have visited this coffee shop probably a hundred times. The coffee has been consistent each time and the folks to work there have always been pleasant. Of course I am also pleasant. Remember people you get what you put out.

This place is horrendous. The coffee is disgusting and overpriced. Also, as the other review said, the people who work here are as bad as the coffee they sell. There is a Starbucks across the parking lot in Barnes and Noble. I would rather walk there, naked in the pouring rain, than ever waste my money at the Coffee Beanery.

Very rude couple runs this joint near Macys in the concord mall. I went there 4 months ago and they were so disrespectful to me. Went back after all this time and they haven’t changed a bit. Some of the absolute worst customer service EVER. They tried selling me a cup if hot water for $ 1 yesterday. 25 or 50 cents but not a dollar! Come on! Went back today with a tin mug and asked if I could have hot water in it… and fyi, I was again willing to pay 25 or 50 or purchase a snack or something. The crazy lady tried to charge $ 2 this time. I don’t understand the logic. I think they are just true assholes. They would rather lose business than make $ over something so simple.
