I never really write any reviews but almost feel a sense of necessity to warn other people about this so called «business». First of all he will show up late unless his idea of early morning is about 11:30 am or so. His slogan «Where Safety and Service Meet» is a huge load of bull. When he completed a job at my house I didn’t see any form of safety precautions especially when he dropped a huge pine onto my house and then claimed he would have his contractor out that day to fix it… yea right more like smooth it over cosmetically and fail to fix the terrible structural damage including rafters snapped in two and multiple sheetrock damages. Good attempt trying to avoid going through insurance. He simply had one puny guy holding a guide rope I guess thinking the one small kid could guide the 2 ton tree into a 10 ft space. You do the math. After dropping a tree into the house and knocking out the neighbor’s fence, you would think a tree service company would at least have enough «safety» sense to climb and top the next tree but no apparently tying a guide rope to a bobcat and backing up until it becomes tight suffices. You would be better off hiring someone off the street over these guys. After the last tree hit the ground the «boss» man Chris just left the scene, talk about unprofessional, and failed to give me a course of action about how this disaster was going to be fixed. When we called the «office», we told her the company dropped a tree on our house and her response was «Oh that’s just great»…yea we didn’t find it to be great at all and it again just showed how unprofessional the company was. We are now going on 4 weeks and still have yet to start fixing the house. On top of that his helpers did a terrible job of cleaning up and after calling to have someone come back out and clean up all the debris they just simply tossed behind the fence onto our neighbors property they still have yet to return and clean up the mess. Our estimate was for cutting down all the trees, complete cleanup, stump grinding, and they would rake themselves off the job site. Our house was in a lot worse shape after they left, than when they came. Talk about one unprofessional company. Sure his estimate will be lower than competitors but save yourself the headache, time, and damage to your property and use someone else, you will be glad you did.

I called this clown three weeks ago because I am changing insurance carriers. They wanted a tree trimmed back from my roof before they would insure the home. Fair enough. Chris came out two days later than he said but did come out and give me a price. I accepted a very high estimate (the tree just had to be dropped not cut up and hauled away, a bit tricky however since it was near the house and AC unit was just below) of $ 375.00.
A WEEK later his wife called (I guess she is the planner/​secretary) and said he was coming out today (August 18) to get it done. Didn’t hear a peep from him since.
Finally he has the audacity to call at 9:30 PM on August 30 to say I will be out in the Hampstead area and can get the tree down! Good thing I was in bed and the wife answered or he would have listened to some profanity. I trimmed the tree back to acceptable levels myself and got the insurance and weathered Irene.
