Established in 1936.

Serving southeastern North Carolina with the intent to provide the best equipment and service in the area. Starting out of a garage and slowly growing one client at a time has gotten us to where we are today. We do not boast over our client list, but we do about our retention rate. We believe that anybody can get a customer once but only professionals can retain that customer and earn them as a client and earn their repeat business year after year.

After serving his country with the US Marine Corp in Vietnam, Danny entered into the copier service industry as a Xerox technician. After working with Xerox for 15 years Danny believed that he could provide a better service at a more affordable rate for small businesses. Opening his business in 1986 providing only service, as that is what he new. After a year of hearing the horror stories from customers about dealing with sales people from other companies, he decided to extend C&W’s services to include sales. Keeping the customer as the primary concern a sales department was formed. The sales department has only 2 concerns; 1 — Take care of the client needs, 2 — Serve the client utilizing high ethical standards.
