These guys are the best! They have always been my go to place, I wouldn’t consider anywhere else. They are highly knowledgable, the know their products, anything they have suggested for me has always worked better than I thought. They are kind, and take time to answer questions. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Even over the phone, they are courteous and helpful. These are the kind of people you want to do business with.

I had a flea problem despite my cats having a flea product on them. My vet referred a product called Flea Maxx. I went to Bugs Etc and the gentleman that helped me was absolutely wonderful. They are so VERY knowledgeable and friendly and have a great sense of humor to help you calm down in the face of an infestation. As someone with cats I was VERY worried about dealing with fleas and them getting sick from the treatment. They gave me a great option and it worked PERFECTLY, just as they described. We had tried 3 other treatments with no success, even staying at a hotel to bomb. I would have saved HUNDREDS of dollars if I had just gone to them first. ANY PROBLEM… they will solve!

You know you have them, you live in NC! Just depends upon what you have, roaches, wood bees, fire ants, termites, fleas, ticks…
This guy got the chronic, and isn’t afraid to use it, and I’m not a big fan of just flinging poison around either. I think there are slightly cheaper options, but not for me, he’s local and knows his business… you got a problem, he knows the answer.
A little secret, if you do get one of those big whopper roaches in your house, the BFG of choice is a simple fly swatter, just one good whack and flush em.
