The previous owners of my home used Bug N A Rug for their pest control, and I inherited them. They contacted me by mail to keep up their treatment schedule, and the home has never had any issues with bugs, roaches or rodents thanks to these guys. They are reasonably priced, considerate, and do a great job.

First, a caveat: I have not yet hired these guys to exterminate anything for me. But I did call them at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon when one of my tenants complained about bed bugs (falsely, as it turns out), and they drove 45 minutes to my place to check it out. I was certain they would find bugs whether I had them or not — the ballpark estimate for a single treatment was $ 900 — but they didn’t. The tech who showed up did a thorough search through all the beds and found nothing. He refused to take any money for his troubles, and even beckoned me outside to tell me how often he sees this kind of ‘bedbug hysteria’ when there’s no reason for it.
This seems worth a positive review on Unilocal.I give them three stars because I can’t speak to anything else, but they seem trustworthy to me.
