Where’s the hustle? My boyfriend and I stopped in at the Bojangles on Market across from middle sound loop for fries. The drive thru had a long line so he went inside. He soon came out without any fries. He said the crew inside was moving so slowly that they weren’t even trying. Just terrible.

Other than Tasha there wasn’t anything good about this place. I’m sure it didn’t help to go late on a Sunday night, but if you are going to serve that horrible food because it’s late on a Sunday night — do us all a favor and CLOSE early!

Southern California has In-n-Out. Washington DC has Five Guys(yes, I know it was started in Arlington). And Carolina has Bojangles’. This is the stuff of legend. Chicken and biscuits the way they’re supposed to be done. Topping out over Popeye’s, Church’s, and any other pretenders. Bojangles’ is, in general, the shit. This Bojangles’ is a nice, new outfit in Wilmington. It’s bright and clean and fresh and new. Well, as fresh as a greased-up fried chicken joint can be. They have the standard collection of offerings — biscuit sandwiches, regular sandwiches, dinner baskets, sweet biscuits, sweet tea, and sides. If you have a hangover, are actively drunk, or simply have a hankerin’ to bust your gut with fried chicken, biscuits and mac, this is your jam. Staff here was pretty friendly(if not a little dazed). food came quick. Biscuits are fresh(as promised) and delicious. The fried chicken was good, as to be expected. The sweet tea is more sweet than tea, and I think that’s the way the locals like it. I call it diabetes in a cup. But whatever. I rarely eat this kind of food anymore, but I’m so rarely in the south I had to make an exception for this meal. I’m glad I did.

The best thing about the south is the food, more specifically the fast food and the sweet tea. I am currently on the«Bojangles diet» which means I consume it multiple times a week and all the cashiers know my name. What’s so good about Bojangles? EVERYTHING! The entire menu is available all day, including breakfast. I usually start off my day with a bo-berry biscuit which is a blueberry biscuit covered in icing followed by a crispy cajun filet biscuit and bo-rounds. Bo-rounds are flat crispy circular tots seasoned with cajun spices. At lunch I order the three wing meal. I love their fried chicken because of its crispy texture and spices. There fries are also perfect spicy flavor flavor and thickness. Dinner is the trademark bojangles bowl with roasted chicken bites, dirty rice, pinto beans and shredded cheese. The line is usually really long at this location because it’s right off market street but it’s always worth the wait and then food is almost always fresh. They close at ten every night but the lights in the drive through automatically shut off twenty till so don’t panic like I did. They are always open till ten. We stopped here on the fourth of July to pick up a picnic box and take it downtown to have a picnic while watching the fireworks. Everything is packed inside a large box including a half gallon of sweet tea. I was pleasantly surprised to find our box also included sporks, condiments, paper plates, cups and napkins. These boxes, although heavy are perfect to take to the beach or park for a picnic. I hope there is a bojangles in heaven… Pro tip: during the holidays customers can special order a whole cajun fried turkey.

I have been to several Bojangles. Always seem to be like the food, except sometimes It’ll be too greasy or something. but this one stands above all else. Very friendly staff delicious fresh hot food pricing is the same as everywhere but left with a full stomach and feeling better than when I came in I will definitely be back

I don’t think the employees here are trained well… They just seem extremely dazed and confused. I go here for every hangover which unfortunately is often and I sit in the drive through trying not to throw up for an eternity while the employees struggle to work through all 2 cars waiting. Once I was literally the only person in the drive through and it still took around 10 minutes. When you go into the actual building, no one seems to know who should take the order. They all seem really sweet, they just have no clue what is going on. Don’t go to this bojangles if you’re in a hurry or severely hungover
