Catering Services — Chef Cabral has catered over 500 events ranging from cocktail receptions, buffets and plated dinners. Co-owner DeLucia is a Event Coordinator and will meet your needs and help you plan your event. Big Joe’s Depot will execute your event from beginning to end.

Born in islands of Azores (Portugal) Gerry Cabral came to the US 1993 where he started working in the food business.
20 years working for Sodexo inc Gerry first job with sodexo as a dishwasher made his way up on the company over the years he left sodexo April 2013
he last job was general manager /excutive chef for the Fenn school in c
Concord MA.
Gerry loves the game of soccer, playing drums, and seeing his 2 kids play soccer.
