Workflow barely works in the store. Bizaro to see 8 people waiting and 5 reps standing around talking to each other. Seems like flow should be much faster.
I could have taken pictures of reps sitting and chatting on their phones while customers waited but seemed like it might put me to the back of the line.

Seems I walked-​in at the right time today. Jim assisted me with the purchase of and upgrade to the IPhone 6 plus. Very helpful and was in and out in less than a half an hour. Great job!!!
