Apparently this place has been there for years, but I never really noticed it because it’s really hole in the wall. Parking is not good and you have to hope no one blocks you in the tiny narrow driveway. (I parked at a next door lawnmowing business.) Anyway, I wasn’t expecting too too much, I just wanted my taxes done at a good price. If you’ve never been there you have to kind of guess which is the right door to open and once you’re in, there is a tiny waiting room with 4 chairs, 5 ft away from the front desk girl. Depending on your views of how someone at a business should be dressed, she was either unprofessionally dressed or she was the obligatory young sexy thing with colored flaming red hair and high heels at the front desk. (My wife actually asked «Is this a real office?») Was she rude to us? I would say no, just not very professional in her demeanor. Perhaps not much office experience for the young lady. I didn’t really care about all this as long as they did my taxes efficiently. A guy by the name of Daniel actually took our info in a back office (again, very small office) and he was a nice enough dude. We had all our info ready and that made the process pretty simple and smooth. The price he gave us was pretty fair, but where they get you is if you want to e-​file. It is $ 40 for federal and $ 30 for state. I decided to do it just because I needed the money. I ended up paying $ 185, which was about $ 40 more than the guy I used to go to… Anyway they told me my copies would be ready that week, and I went back later that week and the front desk girl gave me a folder with my copies. (Although she had a little trouble finding my name in the «old fashioned» manual receipt book they keep. Hmmm.) I have now received my state refund in my bank account, and expect the federal in a day or two. So all’s well that ends well. Just don’t know if I’d go back next year. The main reason I might is that it is 5 minutes from my place… We’ll see if I want to roll the dice again… ;-)

I will never go there again. They over charge. It’s ghetto, no parking and the lady there is very rude! When I decided not to file there she did not want to return my stuff. If I can give negative stars I would!

Place is run down and have private parking. Easy right off the freeway. I have been doing my taxes here for a few years and never had problems. I love that they help me as much as they can and offer appointments so that I will not have to wait for hours to get my taxes done. I always make my appointments with Grace, She is great!
