We went to the Niles location and met with Angel who was nice and professional, and he came to the house to take measurements. Then John called and set an appointment but never showed up. I called and was told that someone would call me back to reschedule and find out what was going on with our design quote. No call back, so I called again. Again no call back. No work done, no harm done, just a wasted few hours waiting for no-​shows.
