Business Owner

Dr. Scott Glazer, a board certified dermatologist, has been practicing his specialty in the Chicago-​land area for the past 30 years.

After graduating from and completing his residency at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University, Dr. Glazer started a private practice in Buffalo Grove, IL. As his practice grew, he established additional offices in Arlington Heights and Highland Park, Illinois.

Dr. Glazer has been very active in all aspects of dermatology including surgical and cosmetics. His areas of research have been pre-​cancer and skin cancer, psoriasis, acne and rosacea. Dr. Glazer has been an instructor and innovator of minimally invasive anti-​aging techniques. Additionally, Dr. Glazer has developed his own skin care line distributed exclusively at his office and Images Med Spa.

Me and my boyfriend tried this place for the first time and we loved it here. Maria did our facial and she’s the best .the way she explains the problem of our skin and what treatment we will be needing.. She’s very professional and fun to talk to.. Not pushy with any products .will definitely go back again for more treatments!

I must share the best kept beauty secret I have. and that would be Eva Morris who is a nurse at Images and has been injecting my botox and juviderm for the past 2 months. She is nothing short of AMAZING!
I know this because I have gone to many nurse injectors in the past 15 years and not a one has a fleck of knowledge close to what Eva possesses. She has taken away the «fake looking –I have had bad work done» face to one that is natural and youthful. First she was able through her adept use of botox to lift my brows (when my cosmetic surgeon wanted to perform an endoscopic brow lift) then she relaxed a muscle in my chin which has relaxed and smoothed it out. Then her ability to add filler in the PERFECT spots to make your face seem smoother in all the right places with a look that is so much more natural and youthful. She has schooled me on many things that my prior nurses never knew. I had no idea that this type of magic withe a needle was possible. Eva is a extremely talented, exacting, has a great aesthetic eye and is super caring and kind — everything you could want from your beauty Picasso as I call her. I would recommend her to ANYONE for anything aesthetic and already trust her implicitly with my face.

Small unpretentious space. My enzyme facial was of the most relaxing experiences ever. You can’t go wrong when your esthetician is also a massage therapist! Kat is calming, knowledgeable, and has great healing energy. I am turned off instantly when products are pushed on me. This was not the case at Images. I was able to relax. On my next visit I actually asked about the products because Kat’s skin is radiant. I bought 2 skin care items and love them both. Great experience!

Had my 1st appt with Eva yesterday for Volumna. I previously saw Colleen– who is no longer there. 5 stars for Eva. I initially met with her for a consultation in which she was very thorough and offered excellent suggestions. I went back yesterday for the injections and am very pleased– She gave me the natural effect I asked for and there’s very little swelling! She’s highly professional, thorough, takes her time and brings a wealth of experience.

I have followed Colleen Marshall since first receiving Botox injections several years ago when she was in Old orchard mall. She is excellent at assessing how much is needed without looking too plastic or fake. Her recommendations are spot on! I recently tried to schedule an appt and learned she is no longer there? Colleen where are you? I will follow you, and suggest others do the same.

Overall amazing experience at images med spa. Had to wait a bit to start my appointment but the receptionists were very nice and friendly. I had a photo facial with Maria and injections with Eva. Both ladies were great! They were extremely informative which was very important as this was my first time having either procedure. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

Kudos to Images Med Spa for hiring Kate Mueller away from Fenner’s spa. She is, by far, the best esthetician on the North Shore and Chicago for that matter! I have been going to Kate for the last 8 years and she is so professional, knows her craft and most importantly, my skin looks great.
They are so lucky to have her and I cannot say enough good things about her work ethic and her gifted talent. Do yourself a favor, be nice to yourself and call them to make an appointment with Kate!

I can’t believe that it’s taken me this long to write about Colleen at Images Spa. I have been in luxury retail — in particular the beauty business — for years and subsequently have received many offers for Botox in Chicago’s Gold Coast. I took advantage of two such offers when I initially started doing Botox with marginal results. Then I met Colleen. I don’t remember who referred me to her but they deserve a gold star! She is AMAZING — so amazing that I can’t believe she’s not written up in every beauty blog in the country. And Colleen is so mellow and so good at what she does that I look forward to my visits! I always look and feel so refreshed after a visit — no one ever knows that I’ve had anything done — they just think I look well rested. She never overdoes it — never pushes me to do more — and always listens carefully in order to truly understand my needs.
I could go on and on — suffice to say she’s incredible and if you’re interested in Botox or getting it from someone else — do yourself a favor and chose Colleen!

Colleen is the absolute BEST for Botox! She knows her stuff, she never overdoes it, and I look naturally less wrinkled without looking plastic every time I see her. She doesn’t overcharge me and she doesn’t ever try to convince me to do more than I need. Colleen is extremely experienced with many years of Botox and injections under her belt. At this point, there is no one else I’d go to over Colleen. The staff is awesome. They can always seem to be able to work with my schedule and they can usually squeeze me in same day. Everyone I have met there is kind and professional. The facilities are super clean.

All the good reviews led me there for laser treatment, did not regret it. Maria is super helpful, friendly, thorough, professional. My first session with her was in April, just heard my name on the phone for the second time 4 months later and she knew exactly who I was. She tried and succeeded in squeezing me in for an appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Everybody in there is nice and polite. Great results on the laser. Will definitely keep going there.

Read all the other five stars. I got Botox done with amazing results. I feel like my treatment lasted way longer than what it was supposed to. Maybe my body doesn’t metabolize Botox quickly. I looked awesome for almost 7 months. I can’t thank Collèen enough for being such a talented and nice person at a time I needed someone gentle around. Quick and painless. Can’t wait to get some work done for an event soon.

Kate is the best! I have been seeing Kate since she was with Dr. Fenner’s office in Northbrook many years ago. She is extremely professional and knowledgable! In addition, she is super nice and helpful. I trust her 100% with my skin. She has helped me with every facial issue I have had! She is not pushy at all, not with products or services. She will make educated recommendations if you ask her but does not «up sell» as so many estheticians do. For years I did facials with her; this year I have done Fraxel and am looking forward to other services. She is the best! Most importantly, she makes you feel comfortable and secure! I wish she did injections… ;)

I have had the pleasure of being seen by Juana the two times I have been to Images. First, was for a free Jane Iredale make-​up application which I absolutely love. If you’re like me, and need an everyday make-​up routine and have troubled skin (for me, cystic acne and redness), i highly recommend going to Juana and trying Jane Iredale out. It doesn’t cause my skin to be oily, or break out. Couldn’t be happier. I also love that Juana didn’t push any products on me, she completely understood when I wasn’t interested in something and would move on! Bye MAC make-​up!
The second time I saw Juana was for a facial. This was my first time ever having a facial done and to say the least, I was petrified. Juana immediately calmed me down and said she would only do what makes me comfortable. Throughout the entire treatment, she was asking if I was okay, kept conversation going, and was beyond positive. Now, remember, I am someone with cystic acne so I was a little more than nervous to see the results when I sat up. OH MY GOD, she did PHENOMENAL! I never knew I would be this lucky to see results like this. I can honestly tell you that I never go out without make-​up due to my skin problems, and this was the first time in YEARS that I did right after my facial/​peel; I went shopping at Old Orchard and got complimented on my skin by a saleswoman at Nordstrom!
I will most definitely be going back to Juana so she can work her wonders again and again. She is the sweetest and most knowledgeable person and I’m so glad I found her. She even gave me her number to follow-​up incase I had any questions since it was my first time receiving a facial/​peel. She is FANTASTIC.

Go see Juana! She deserves every one of these stars, and more. I started seeing her 2 years ago and never looked back.
I have extremely sensitive skin and I always feel like I am getting the best treatment when I go to see Juana. She is a true professional in every sense of the word. She cares about how you look– when my skin is totally dry and broken out, she is just as unhappy about it as I am and she takes care of it. She knows my skin and switches up my regimen when seasons change.
I’ve always had skin trouble, so I have visited a large handful of aestheticians and dermatologists before Juana, but have never gotten these wonderful results before. Images itself is a great experience, you receive effective treatment and a visit to the spa, all at once.

I chose to try Images Med Spa since a dermatology appointment would have taken 2 – 3 months for me to get in. Images booked me that afternoon when I called for a consult (which is free). I ended up getting a microdermabrasion facial with Kate who I highly recommend. I really appreciated that she listened and that she didn’t try to push any products or services like I had expected a spa to do. I actually ended up asking HER for a face wash and she recommended the perfect one and told me to hold off on purchasing any additional products for the time being.
I went back for a follow up and second facial, and ended up asking if they sold some of the products she used during my first facial because I felt like they worked well.
The products they carry include Image Skincare as well as Dr. Glazer’s own Rx products that you can get at the front.
I really enjoy my appointments and definitely recommend Kate!

Juana is incredible! First of all she greets patients with a warm, genuine smile and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. The energy she displays really shows how passionate she is about her job. Juana really cares and wants your skin to be radiant and beautiful.
I first came to this particular image med spa and started with another lady there. I decided I wanted to do the IPL treatment, which would make my pores smaller and wrinkles diminished. Well, it was in the middle of the summer and this lady (I won’t mention her name) seemed like she was there only to make money. She never told me that summer was a bad time to do the IPL treatment. She also didn’t tell me that it was best to do a facial before you do the IPL, to clean your pores out before treatment. This particular lady never gave me advice about my skin at ALL. Thanks to her I received several dark spots on my face. I decided to make a switch with someone else in the office and I’m SO glad I did.
I am SO thankful to have Juana in my life. She cares ladies! She has made my skin soft and beautiful. I love going to her with any of my skin problems and I can trust that she will give me honest feedback and suggest products that will TRULY help my skin. She takes the time and cares. Juana IS AMAZING.
I hope the med spa manager reads this because he needs to put her on the website. Her picture is not even on there. It only has pictures of 3 ladies that work there. Where is JUANA???

Definitely 5 stars… I wouldn’t trust anywhere else! Maria and all the ladies there have years and years of the best knowledge and expertise in the industry and quite frankly are the leaders of this industry… I only refer friends and people I meet to those who have the hands and skills I would trust on myself and this is the place to be!
They keep my skin looking fantastic! Everyone thinks I look younger than my age!!! Thank you Maria! I will be a lifetime client!
