New ownership. Unbelievably dysfunctional. Literally have been sitting here for an hour. They have no clue how to move cars through the process. DO NOT COME HERE.

Brutal. Takes over 45 minutes when you get in the garage. Total amateurs with 4 people running around trying to clean cars. Run from this place!

Took in my benz to have it detailed. Wow ! Mike the detailer whos is the manager there did an awesome job. They really have improved the service since the last few months. I recommend u go there.

Don’t waste your money!!! I brought in my Honda CRV this morning for the $ 27.00 interior/​exterior/​underbody. The interior detailing was horrible. They never opened the tail gate! It was still filled with leaves, dirt, and dog hair when I arrived home. There was suds still present in the tail gate and bumper area. The rear windows were never washed. The laziest job I have ever encountered.
I recommend you wait in line at Norm’s!!!

I recently moved from the city of Chicago so I was pretty much unaware of any place in Wilmette. I have a dog and two children who can be very messy, so my vehicle, a 2010 Lexus was not as clean as it should be. I had dog hair all over my interior and stains from kid’s drinks, etc. The price to do a complete detail was pretty decent and not only were All the stains n dog hairs removed, my truck was brand new. I have never seen my truck so shiny and clean, the way it was when Exotic Auto spa was complete with the detail, besides when I first purchased my truck. I was very pleased. A+ for the detail crew. The employees at Exotic were also very friendly and made sure that I was satisfied with their service. I give this Carwash 5 stars and believe that all visits to the car washes should b as pleasant as my visit to Exotic Auto Spa.

The new ownership here is awesome! Bob was very accommodating and they did excellent work. It’s not your typical $ 4 car wash, but you get such a detailed cleaning and my beat up old Camry had a nice shine to it when they were finished. If you live in the area they are worth a visit!

Exotic Auto Spa did a great job cleaning my car. The staff is friendly. I love that New Trier kids are working there. The place is cleaned up nicley too. I’m in, this is where I will continue to get my car washed. I’ll be getting a detail this summer as well. Can’t wait.

I carpool to work with a friend who is very picky about his car. I wanted to do something nice for him in return for all the rides he has given me. So, I decided to get his car washed and detailed. We took it to Exotic Auto Spa over the lunch hour and they did a fantastic job. They were quick and efficient, he said that his car hasn’t been that clean since it was new. I was also impressed with a job very well done.

Finally feeling like spring so decided to give them a try. Very friendly workers and the quality was great. The owner, Bob, was super nice guy and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. My car looked like it just rolled out of the showroom. Definitely recommend giving them a try. Also like the punch card benefit!

I took my car to get washed at Exotic Auto Spa for the first time and was really pleased. The inside of my car looked almost new. The outside was so clean that I hated to drive it thru any puddles from the snow melting. I will definitely be back. It’s right off of Green Bay but hard to find. Don’t give up on finding it, you won’t be disappointed.
