Avoid at all costs. I’ve asked to transfer my agent to one more responsible and responsive. His office couldn’t process my new car lease insurance of an auto with 3 miles on the odometer because they processed the VIN number as a 2015 model. I called the number on my insurance card to resolve the issue and was placed on voice mail. I chose to transfer my insurance agent because of the lack of service and received a threat that my accumulated insurance discounts would be lost.
