I can’t stand this place! Everytime I go there the people are rude and unhelpful. They tell me everytime that they need to call my mother to make sure I can check out a rated R movie even though last time I went there I was 20.
The late fees are ridiculous! The movie choices are poor! The set up is unorganized! I wish this place would be replaced with something more beneficial to the community, because they have been there for years and have never been a smiling face like other businesses.
My parents hate this place so much that they drive an extra 15 minutes to rent a movie.
Video Maze needs a serious makeover! and staff change
