History

Established in 1945.

As one of Downtown Willoughby’s oldest businesses, our iconic sign that is grandfathered into the city, hangs from our buiding as has become a visual staple of our business, and the downtown area. Tom Nichols retired in October of 2011 after 66 years of owning the store. Tom Mirabelli and Steve Manno bought the store from Nichols on September 30, 2011 and have been updating the store’s appearance and merchandise since they took over. The store has had a great reputation over the years for it’s jewelry and watch repair work, however the new owners are making it a priority to update the merchandise to accommodate the modern jewelry trends of today in hopes of attracting new customers while maintaining the returning customers.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Tom and Steve (owners) have both been in the jewelry business for a combined total of 18 years. Tom comes from the retail side of the business having managed for a couple of different retail jewelry stores, while Steve comes from the wholesale/​repair side of the business, having worked in his dad’s watch repair shop and being a personal jeweler on his own. The two owners try to stay on top of current trends in the jewelry industry, while striving to offer great value and pricing in their merchandise. Customer service is the key to their success.
