Williston Well and Pump

(If you don’t want to read the full review just know we were highly satisfied) After being very disappointed with other well companies, by either not being able to come out for a day or more or not answering the phone like a professional company, we called Williston Well & Pump. At first I think my phone dropped the call and to my surprise I was called right back. I didn’t answer because at that moment I was helping my daughter with something. Steve left a message saying he was sorry he missed my call and if I needed service please don’t hesitate to call back, so I did. He was very nice and came out within two hours. He was very sick when he got here, but very professional. I told him what was going on and he explained why and was very fair with price estimates. I looked up price and service charges for my area. He was very understanding. He did need to come back the following day and put in a new tank. However, the weather was terrible, but he said he was watching the weather. He called me as soon as it cleared and was right out. He did a terrific job. Thanks again Steve!
