The house and the room was lovely beautifully furnished clean and welcoming. Host was very friendly as well. It is conveniently located close to Burlington with out the price of the Burlington hotels. It has a lovely patio deck comfortably furnished. However it is not a bed and breakfast in because there is no breakfast served. You are given granola bars and cookies and coffee out of a keurig.. No conditioner or lotion and for two people you are given two small towels. Will we stay here again? yes because it is convenient and comfortable. but just keep your expectations low with regards to it being a bed and breakfast inn.

Wonderful visit here. After week after week in big brand hotels, I decided to try this B&B. The room was well appointed, bed very comfortable, hospitality and meal both top notch. I didn’t put at 5 stars as I couldn’t get the wifi, but didn’t pursue it since my phone LTE service was fine. Also, the TV was a bit hard to see given its size and my distance from it. I was impressed with how the owner handled a situation with a guest who snuck a dog into his room. When I arrived the dog was making quite a bit of noise and my room was next door. She promptly moved me to a room farther away and took the dog into her kitchen so she could track down the owner who was out on the town. Breakfast was terrific, and I enjoyed the company of a nice couple. Definitely give this B&B a try.

Rude and inhospitable. We were not served breakfast. We received a phone call after our stay yelling at us about what we were allowed and not allowed to do in the house. The bathroom in our room was not working in the middle of the night so we had to use a bathroom in another room. The house was empty beside us so we didn’t think it was a big deal. These people have no sense in how to run a business. It should be a private home and that’s it.
