Building energy efficient modular homes in Vermont and Massachusettes. We are now working with a manufacturer for SIPS (Structurally insulated panels) and able to offer these at a very affordable price. We will take your project from start to finish and help with financing as well.

History

Established in 2008.

High Performance Modular was opened in 2008 with the customer in mind. Our goal is to provide the best building experience for the customer with the least amount of added stress. We act as the General Contractor and coordinate all aspects of the project with licensed sub-​contractors and keep a good line of communication open with the home owner. We work hard in the begining to make sure all parts of project are covered and if you want to go away on vacation while we are constructing the home, you have no need to worry, when you come back as everything will be as you expected.

Business Owner

Karen started working as a child with her father on stick building projects and that is where she learned a majority of the ways of construction. After several years working as a office manager for a modular home builder in New England she learned the rest of what she needed to know to start a business on her own. She has coordinated over 200 homes and worked all aspects of the project, including the over seeing of the set, delivery, sales, service and customer service. On her own she has constructed about 10 homes a year and plans to continue to grow the business as the economy returns. She is very dedicated to her customers and wants everyone to have an enjoyable experience as we go thru the steps of building.
