This is a fun store. Sometimes I come here just because and I always end up finding something I like. The staff is generally helpful without getting in the way of my shopping and I have never had an issue returning an item. With the coupons they send out in the mail, prices are usually competitive.

I went in here to purchase an item today. I forgot the coupon at home. I saw a pile by the register and in the aisle it explained how to get a mobile coupon so I thought no problem. Well after you sign up for the mobile coupon by sending a text and filling in an online form, it tells you you’ll get your coupon(by snail mail) in ten days. So the sign was very misleading. I spoke to two employees and explained my situation. They weren’t willing to let me use another coupon and both suggested I purchase my item and then come back and bring the coupon with me and then they’d refund the difference. No thanks, I don’t have time for that. I noted they would lose a sale over this but they didn’t care. I won’t be coming here again.

I love this store. I made it back in today to pa-rouse their AWESOME selection of travel-sized toiletries. Sure, it’s a chain but the service has always been great when I’ve dropped in and that means a lot. I’ve noticed that they actually have a supervisor monitoring the front at all times and if a line starts forming, they will immediately open another register. That is SMART. Oh, and I’m sure you already know this but you can frequently use multiple coupons at a time(depending on which they are) and they DO accept expired coupons(just not ones that might be emailed). So keep them in your car and remember to bring them in with you!

BB&B has a pretty decent selection of home items and some you can get a good price. As for the store, it’s such a model of a box store: mile high ceilings, high shelving, place is wall to wall inventory. It gets a bit overwhelming. They try to organize the inventory pretty well here so it’s not real tough to find things but it still feels«crowded» in some way. Too much white in here too, kind of like I’m in the insane asylum of home goods. I try not to spend a lot of time in here. The staff isn’t overly helpful either. They just want you to check out.

What can I say? Just like every other BBB you’ve been to. Lots of useful home stuff hidden away among lots and lots of less useful stuff that they’re trying like hell to sell to you. Before you go, check out their website and sign up for their email newsletter to get a 20% off coupon emailed to you right away, then quickly unsubscribe ;) But I’m guessing you already knew that.
