Avis Rent-A-Car

Great service here from staff girl when next door aviation center said ‘no cars available’. Avis in airline terminal did have cars available and set us right up.

I rented a Silverado, it had a broken windshield, dent in the tail gate, and the back of the driver seat was stuck up with the handle busted off. It was not clean. Only gets 10mpg due to poor engine maintenance. Cost 135 $ a day plus insurance. They charge 7 $ a gallon to refuel rentals.
The car was located at the service shop when I found it. This is the opposite side of where the Avis parking is. While I wandered alone looking for the truck, I noticed that enterprise is fully staffed on Sunday, and walks each customer to their car, wish I choose them instead.
The sales agent was very blunt and obviously annoyed she had to come in for a Sunday appointment.
Overall very unprofessional and not courteous. Was very surprised at the terrible condition of my rental truck.
