We specialize in chiller maintenance and cooling tower services, as well as service and repair.

Total Air Service is build on a foundation of professional commercial technicians, and we hold a class ‘A’ license providing commercial HVAC services throughout the Houston metropolis.

We also provide residential services to residents of Willis and Conroe, TX in an effort to better service our community.

History

Established in 2008.

Total Air Service was founded in 2008 by Chad Carter, a U.S. Marine veteran and life long resident of Montgomery County. As an experienced commercial chiller technician, Chad founded Total Air Service to help commercial facility managers run their HVAC facility equipment efficiently and cost effectively.

Total Air Service is built on the foundation of professional commercial technicians, and as the company grew Chad recognized a need for a professional residential service provider in Willis, TX.

We are proud to offer both commercial and residential HVAC services to business professional and residents in Montgomery County.

TAS Mechanical Inc., Total Air Service is owned and operated by Chad Carter. Chad was born and raised in Montgomery County and founded Total Air Service in 2008 to help commercial facility managers run their HVAC facility equipment efficiently and cost effectively.

As the company grew Chad recognized a need for a professional residential service provider in Willis, TX and expanded the company to include residential services to the community.

Chad has extensive knowledge in chiller maintenance & repair of large tonnage equipment, and is continuously training and leading Total Air Service technicians through his experience and knowledge.

His goal is to provide prompt and reliable service to each customer the first time around. Chad is a proud U.S. Marine veteran and has serviced Montgomery County for the past 21 years in HVAC mechanical contracting, repair and maintenance.
