Specialties

BBQ & Burgers are our specialty but we also have a very full menu including home style plate lunches, CF Steaks, Sandwiches, Poboys, Steaks, Shrimp, Catfish, boudan balls, crawfish meat pies and other munchies. Chili you can eat with a fork. Our burgers are never frozen and are served on a sourdough bun which is new to our menu in 2011. If we don’t have it on our menu, we will do our best to prepare what you want if we have it in stock in our kitchen.

History

Established in 1976.

Continuosly operated since 1976 by the same owners. We have evolved with the times, expanded and modified our menu to suit the taste’s of our customers, many of who have patronized us for decades!

Had the stuffed baked potato and it was out of this world. Not over smoked or dried out. Great portions on top. Friendly service. We will be back.

This business says «BBQ & Burgers are their specialty…» — That is scary.
My BF stopped by and had a good burger last year, so being in the area Saturday afternoon we opted to go back and try their BBQ. HUGE mistake! The meat on my plate came out gray. Not even kidding. Ribs and brisket had zero flavor. No smoke ring (that BBQ usually has)… not sure if this was broiled or boiled, but it sure wasn’t BBQ’d. It way have been left-​over and microwaved, I am not sure. TERRIBLE. I hate writing reviews like this, but let this serve as a warning before you spend $ 25 for 2 people… The only upside (and the reason for a 2 star) was the waitress was pleasant, mac-​n-​cheese was good and you got a soft serve cone for free on the way out the door.

Terrible. Brisket and ribs were dry. Clearly microwaved food. There was only one waitress for the whole restaurant. Mac and cheese wasn’t bad I guess but I definitely will not be going back

I had a burger here. The one weak spot was a very flimsy bun. It fell apart during consumption. Meat was good, toppings fresh. The fries I had with it were average. The ‘que looked and smelled good, I will have to return to sample it.
