Goodyear Auto Service Center

Took forever to get my tire plugged (busy Friday) ended up getting a new one, which I also waited a while for, that I can deal with. What’s absolutely unbelievable is the way other clients were treating the guy working the desk. He was doing the work of 2 – 3 men while two people walk in yelling that his tires didn’t look new, another walks in as I see him on his hands and knees in the gravel greasing the tire so they *looked* new like they were, she said «uh yes hello» as he’s running from place to place trying to get everything done for everyone. Incredibly rude. People reading this: have some respect for people who work in customer service, the more difficult you are to work with, the less they’ll want to work with you. I’ll definitely return, service can be slow, I’m fine with that. Everyone’s got to get their cars fixed, so I think I’ll live if I wait a little bit. Kudos to the man working, wish I caught his name, for not absolutely losing it on all the extremely rude people he deals with.
