Our washing machine broke and the repair is taking way longer than expected. This was the closet laundromat and it just happens to be the best I’ve ever been in. 7.00 $ large washing machines isn’t too bad. Holds a ton of clothes. Bathrooms and facilities were very clean.

Today I had an AMAZING experience at Top Shelf Laundromat. This was my first laundromat experience in WNY. I am originally from NYC, so I’ve been to several laundromats but this one definitely had something about it. Something special, the woman working, Shonda, or Rhonda, forgive me for forgetting, was such a pleasure! From the minute I walked in she was there to help! She had helpful tips that allowed me to finish five large bags of clothes, sheets, towels and comforters in less than 2.5 hours! The place was sparkling clean and the service was out of this world. I’m glad I drove the distance from Orchard Park to try this place out because it was definitely worth it. Now open one in Orchard Park, please and thank you! :)

This is a great Laundry mat. I’ve been coming here for a few months now. The machines are newer, never an issue. Staffed during the day. Cleanest place I’ve ever seen. Always a great atmosphere. They have tv’s, leather lounge area and Wifi. It’s easier to come once a week and get all the families Landry done in 1 shot.

OK, fine — I own a washer and a dryer, it is extremely difficult to do laundry like real adults sometimes and there are times you need to take your 7 large trash bags of laundry and just wash it because you’re in too deep at that point.
This place is really far away from where I live but it is in the same plaza as my most favorite Asian brunch, a barber and a large gas station. For the 2 hours it takes to do that much damn laundry you can enjoy brunch, a newspaper and make your SO get that trim he so desperately needs.
The laundromat itself is really clean, has small, medium, large and extra large washers. Two sizes of dryers, big and really big.
My only complaint is that there aren’t enough folding tables available when it gets kinda busy so you may have to wait for people to finish up.

I’m at the laundromat as we speak writing this review. I usually go to another location close to Elmwood, but I decided to change it up a bit. Now why take off the one star, well, it’s a bit pricey. As in another dollar more pricey. But the attendants are very welcoming and always there to help. Also, the waiting room, very nice touch. Aside from the price, very clean, good location. I’d most likely come back.

A Landry-​mat is the rug that you wipe your shoes on as you enter Ali Landry’s house (if you are really really really really lucky). This, on the other hand, is a cute, spacious 24 hour place with all the amenities you could want. It must be one of the nicest laundromats in the region, it’s certainly the nicest one I’ve visited in these parts.
The washers and dryers are comarably priced to other local laundros, possibly even a little cheaper. So all in all I’d say that if you have stuff that you want launderized, this is the place to be. It’s also within walking distance (literally 90 seconds) from a Tim Hortons, which is great if you’re on foot, or don’t want to drive away to get a bevvy.
All the other amazing reviews basically prove what I already thought. It’s as good as it gets when it comes to Laundros (my word, use it pls).

This place is amazing (not a word I’d normally think to use for a laundromat).
I had a whole pile (almost 20lbs worth) of white and black tablecloths used for a function that I really didn’t relish washing myself — at least 3 loads in my home machine. I went to the Williamsville location of Top Shelf and was immediately greeted by the charming Wanda — she saw me coming, held the door for me and advised me to be careful on the ice. After a really friendly discussion and a tour of the facility I decided to leave them there for wash and fold. Wanda was just as charming and helpful when I came back — the owners need to hang on to her.
The facility itself has state of the art industrial machines with 20, 40, 60 & 80lb capacities — capable of as big a load as you can imagine, and the prices seem very reasonable. I will be going back with all my comforters in the spring.
Who would have thought a laundromat could be so welcoming?

This is, by far, the trendiest, cleanest, laundromat I have ever been to! In addition to a plethora of washing machines and dryers, there is a sitting area with chairs, a flat screen TV, and a sofa. I dropped off 25 pounds of dirty rags late yesterday afternoon and Wanda had them washed and dried within two hours. Speaking of Wanda, this was one polished lady, dressed impeccably and very professional. I’ve never seen anything like this on Long Island. Woohoo! As good as it gets!
PS…There is a small Tim Hortons and gas station/​quickmart in the adjacent parking lot. My cellphone was down to 6% battery and I popped into the quickmart to look for a charger. The attendants offered to lend me their own personal chargers which gave me enough juice to navigate my way back to the hotel. Kudos to the guy with Psalm 23 tattooed on his arm and his coworker too!

My wife and I have been using top shelf’s fluff and fold service for the last few months and they have been excellent. Dress shirts and pants come back on hangers wrinkle free and ready to be worn to work. It’s a nice clean place with a friendly staff that seems to really care about taking care of our laundry. What more could you ask for for a $ 1.25 a pound laundry service?

Washers and dryers of all sizes! super kind staff! Leather couches, big screen TVs, wifi, a childrens side… Did I mention leather couches? It is a little bit on the expensive side (the hotter the water the higher the price) but this is by far the best laundromat I’ve ever been in.

Super fast, same day wash and fold service! Good prices, good location, friendly staff! Even lost a button but she found it and saved it! I always like to use wash and fold services when out of town but not every city has em. Not every city that has them has one as fast and reasonably priced as this one. I was very happy to find this one in Buffalo. Drop your laundry off here and go do your thing. Worth every penny, and imo, worth the drive from anywhere in Buffalo. This place even has a nice lounge area if you prefer to do your own laundry.

My husband and I dislike doing laundry at the best of times, and when we recently moved into a house with no washer or dryer hookups, we were gritting our teeth at the thought of having to drag our clothes to some dingy laundromat. Reading some reviews on Unilocal pointed me to Top Shelf, and when I saw their wash-​and-​fold service, I was curious enough to give it a try.
It was, in a word, amazing. I took down more than 30 pounds of clothes that ranged from «almost clean» to «fell behind the couch at our old house and got used as a bed for our long-​haired cat for three months.» Every single piece came back spotlessly clean: no cat hair, no dryer lint, no «fuzzies,» just crisp clean laundry perfectly folded. That 30+ pounds of laundry cost just over $ 40, and consisted of 20 t-​shirts and long-​sleeved shirts, 12 polo and button-​up shirts, a dozen pairs of panties and boxers, five pairs of jeans, and two pairs of dress pants. It would have taken me hours to do it by myself — and I wouldn’t have done nearly as good a job as Top Shelf!
