Scruggs Automotive Repair

I asked these guys if they could fix my car. All I got were (shrugs). I told them they should rename themselves (shrugs). They did, but they spelled it wrong.
The good:
— they were the only garage in town that said they could fix my electrical problem
— they were really nice to me
— they charmed my female friend
The bad:
— the cost was insanely, unfathomably high… close to 1,000 freaking dollars
— the electrical problem came back within a month
— the car could not pass inspection because of it so I let it sit for a year and shared a car
— the car was then deemed unfixable by a good friend (who could have ripped me off like some people did) and I sold it for scrap
So if I am being honest, I’d give them a 1 or 2. But maybe they tried their best. Maybe I should have gone back and complained (I’m sure that’s what they’ll tell me if they respond). It just left me with a horrible taste in my mouth. I’ll give them a 3 star because it’s a family business, but I highly recommend anyone and everyone in this area go to Tucciarone’s. I recently discovered them, and they’re an amazing, honest garage with dirt cheap prices.
