Kathi Holder & Nancy Reimann – Keller Williams Realty

I would definitely recommend Ms. Reimann for selling a house. She will go to great lengths to cover up any negatives that might affect the selling price, she is an expert in creating the impression that there are multiple bidders, and you can contact potential buyers and try to sell them appliances and home furnishings.
It isn’t personal, either way I’m sure, but this is a dirty business. The prime goal of a realtor is to extract as much money as possible, and the prime goal of a seller is the same. Once the money is extracted, who is to say who was withholding information, seller or agent? I just know next time I’m looking for a house I will not hire a buying agent, I will hire a private investigator. This agent was not my buying agent in this case.
Realtors are the problem. They exist to sell you someone else’s problems at a premium. There is a reason for lemon laws and consumer advocate agencies. This realtor might be the nicest one in the world, but she is unfortunately the realtor from which I received my first lesson in a dirty system.
I have had time to reflect on the problem I experienced with this business, and it has become clear to me that the selling party most certainly would have had to have been aware of and actively maintaining negative aspects of her wares in such a way as to present them in a positive light.

I would recommend Nancy and Kathy to anyone, they will go to great lengths to satisfy their clients needs. I have chosen Nancy to both buy and sell a property and she did us well. Nancy had worked with great energy and thoroughness to create a pleasant purchase and difficult sell in a timely manner. I don’t think anyone could have done better. She set us up with everything we needed to make this process as smooth as possible. I recommend you hire her for your realty needs. Great team, Great personalities, Great professionalism.
