History

Established in 2011.

Located in Scenic Williamstown, MA in the heart of the Berkshires, Hops and Vines features both casual and formal dining. The hops portion providing a classic beer garden experience complete with a selection of domestic and imported craft beers paired with modern takes on comfort food staples. The «Vines» side of the restaurant is a formal dining experience. Inspired by classical Brasserie cuisine, Vines offers a new American take on French classics. For a one of a kind dinning experience step in to our tasting room and dine at our chefs table where we offer specially selected pairings of food and wine. We hope to see you soon

Meet the Manager

Robert B.

Manager

Hops & Vines Executive Chef, Robert Beuth, is a native of Pittsfield, Masschusetts spent a great part of his youth working in several family owned restaurants in the Berkshires. His post graduate career started at the Sea Island Inn Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Since, then positions included; Executive Chef at the Grande Dunes Golf & Country Club in Myrtle Beach, The Historic Litchfield Plantation in Pawley’s Island, South Carolina, Grand Haven Country Club in Palm Coast, Florida and most recently for Toll Brothers Golf at Belmont Country Club in Ashburn, Virginia.

Robert has also been involved in the American Culinary Federation, earning the title of «Certified Executive Chef». Robert enjoys keeping up on the latest culinary trends while never losing sight of time tested basic preparations and culinary techniques.
