Renaissance Property Management

RPM is a piss poor excuse for a management company. Managing over 200 homes you would think that this «company» would be more professional but its not and never will be. They hire people with absolutely no previous experience in this kind of business and basically just set them up for failure. Do not work there, don’t do it! The owner is so completely rude and has no people skills, you will be yelled at, screamed at by him and witness his temper tantrums on a daily! And the homes are over priced and are in poor condition. You will never get maintenance to fix anything and if they do, best believe you will be charged. Unless a miracle happens and the behavior of the owner changes, I see this place going no where but down. I feel sorry for everyone involved with this place! I had to choose at least one star because it wont post unless you do but I really wished Unilocal had an option for choosing negative or no stars.
