Our restaurant specializes in farm to table cuisine because we care about our community. We choose to buy our supplies from small local farmers that we have a personal working relationship with, and trust that they will supply us with the freshest healthiest product available, whenever possible. We believe that in doing so we can have a positive impact on the economic, social and physical health of our community. We want our guest to be able to connect to the food they are served. We cook fresh to order items; because of this your wait time might be a little longer than in a chain restaurant. Below is a list of local suppliers in the region we use to supply us with products. We want to personally thank each of these growers for doing what they do to bring us the best products available.
History
Established in 2015.
Our venture began with a small food truck in 2013. We catered structured events and established ourselves within the community as a farm to table business. We loved being mobile, but space was tight and we wanted to offer the complete experience to our customers.
The speakeasy opened in February 2015. Our food is prepared daily using the freshest of ingredients and sourced locally.

Chenoa is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology with a B.S. in Culinary Arts and Systems Management. She has been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years.
