A rep was supposed to come to my house to give me an estimate. He/​she never showed up or called to cancel. After my second call to Mayflower, I was transferred to Roans, only to be told that they do not send their trucks to Florida and they were completely booked for June. Why did they even schedule the appointment? Why did I have to waste my time waiting for them? I will NEVER use Mayflower, ever again.
