Quantum is owned and managed by a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a its staff, with a combined 15 years of staffing and recruiting experienced, is individually certified by the American Staffing Association as Certified Staffing Professionals. We approach everything we do through the lens of risk management and control and place a strong emphasis on the safety of both our employees and employer work sites.
