Williamsburg Concession & Catering

If you are planning on having a reception in the Williamsburg area you don’t want to pass on this team. We had them for our December wedding reception and from day one Cassie and Allison were exceptional to work with. They were very accommodating, professional, and straightforward. Other companies we explored left a lot of questions – not Williamsburg C&C. They asked so many great questions and made the night custom to our needs. There was a personal touch and accommodation you WILL not get with other caterers.
The night of our reception revealed even more great surprises. The staff they brought was outstanding. There was a lot that happened behind the scenes that no one could see and what our guests experienced was a seamless evening. The bartender memorized the names and drink preference of our guests – pretty amazing! The food was awesome. All our guests loved it and enjoyed having the buffet. I visited their restaurant (Fox’s Ordinary Restaurant) to taste the food and it helped make our decision to go with them. At the reception the food was as good as the day we did this taste test.
It was a night my wife and I will remember forever for obvious reasons but in those memories WC&C will be a part of them.

Cassie and company went above and beyond our expectations. We were working on a tight budget and Cassie put together a fantastic menu that offered our guests a variety of foods at a high quality. Her presentation went perfectly with our theme and her staff was so friendly and helpful. While other vendors were bombarding my phone on wedding day, Cassie just made things happen. She was also very fast to respond to any questions or concerns and her staff was professional and well trained. Even things we needed that were outside the scope of her employment, her staff members were quick to insist on taking care of it. We couldn’t have asked for a better caterer and for the price, you won’t find any better value.

I can’t even begin to describe how impressed I was with everything Williamsburg Catering had to offer. We used them for our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception, and highly recommend. Cassie was so easy to work with, so responsive and helpful, and really made everything the day of go smoothly. I had nothing to worry about with the caterer, which was a big help!
but more importantly, the food was fantastic! I had quite a few people comment on how delicious the food was and how it was the best wedding food they’d ever had, or just commenting on how flavorful and delicious it all was. And that made my day! People will always remember the food, and you know it needs to be good! But not only was it good, but everyone was commenting in superlatives like «the best wedding food, the most delicious chicken, the freshest salad, etc.» really impressed!
