We are local family owned locksmith shop located on Graham ave. Since 1998 we have been offering our Locksmith services to local Williamsburg residents. With over 15 years of experience in the Locksmith trade we have always used the same business ethics, honesty, competitive prices, and customer satisfaction. We take pride in our work and always do our best to help anyone who comes to our store for help. After working for many years at a reputable Manhattan locksmith store in the Upper East Side, I decided to bring my talents into Williamsburg in 1998. So far the experience has been pleasant, the people here are laid back and very different from Manhattan. I am happy to be here and with the support my family and friends I hope to stay around for many years to come.

I called about a locked mailbox and Arthur was able to come the same day. He was extremely fast and was able to have the entire issue fixed in less than 10mins. Also he had the best prices after calling around to numerous other locksmiths. He was very nice and personable, I’d recommend him if you are in need of any lock issues!

I’m so happy to have found Graham Locksmith! After using multiple other locksmiths in the neighborhood (and being overcharged for bad work) I called Arthur and was given the best service. He was very responsive to calls and texts and went out of his way to help me out. When my «antique» lock was unfixable, he came back and picked it up, took it into Manhattan to get a new lock of the same size and returned charging me only for the parts and not for any of the additional labor. Highly recommend!

I purchased a Yale smart lock from Amazon, thinking I could DIY the damn thing um absolutely not! Thank goodness for Arthur. He spoke with me about my options and because I worked with him and his schedule I got a great price for installation. He even stayed around to help me figure out how to set the damn thing up.
Great guy, and his helper/​apprentice was also very nice. I will call them in the future. He put me on to the fact that my old lock was broken. Funny, because it had been replaced and was supposed to be brand new.

The guy who answers the phone is the most rude person I’ve ever seen in my life. I called there twice and he was very unpleasant twice. Similar to another review here on Unilocal,I also received call from someone after I left my review asking to remove it. I’m sorry but I will not remove it. «He» was rude to me on the phone when I really needed help and I think that’s important for people to know.

Arthur and his team are really great. Super straight forward, honest and don’t waste your time.
I just moved to my own groundfloor apartment. After an awful experience with a shady locksmith, I called Arthur and he came by the following morning. He was really upfront about my options and costs.
He worked very quickly, and the price was exactly what he quoted– HIGHLY recommend!

This is totally my go-​to locksmith. Arthur has helped me out of a couple of jams in the recent months. Always goes outta the way to get there quickly with all tools necessary. Replaced the lock on my mailbox, installed a deadbolt and got the lock off my bike when I lost the keys. Super professional while being a nice person to boot.

Arthur and Steve are the best!!! They quoted me exactly what they charged for a Sunday night apartment lockout. AND when my neighbor realized she didn’t have her keys, they offered to open her door for free (so we cld split the price)!! Turns out she didn’t need their services bc her roommate was home, but the offer was incredible. They arrived 15 min from the time we called and the door was open in minutes. They were professional and friendly and quick and I HIGHLY recommend their services. Thank you!

We just moved in to a new apartment and needed the door lock replaced. Arthur answered the phone in the middle of the night and patiently answered all of our questions. He then showed up at 8am the next morning — less than six hours later — and installed the new lock at a deeply discounted rate. I would recommend them for any locksmith services.

Called several locksmiths and all of them tried to scare or up sell me on fancy new locks. Until I called Arthur at Graham. You can text them a photo of your door for a quote. The other guys charged me a consultation fee to show up. Ugh. Don’t hesitate to call them, these guys are the best.

Called them for a lock change back in November everything was working fine no issues staff was very helpful and gave me a great deal. Fast forward to last night, I lost my keys I called Graham locksmith they sent someone in a flash, I probably waited only 10 minutes. They were not able to pick my lock but did get the door open and installed a new lock on the spot.
With all said and using them on a second occasion I highly recommend them for any locksmith predicaments. There when you need them, fast to show up and priced very reasonably.

Arthur at Graham Locksmith is great. We were having trouble with the lock on our apartment door, so I was looking for locksmiths in Williamsburg to come take a look at it. I called Graham Locksmith after seeing all of the positive reviews and was not disappointed. Arthur came over in less than a half hour and fixed the problem. It was super stress-​free. I called Graham Locksmith for a new lock on my brand new door in my new Williamsburg apartment and in 2 hours Arthur arrived to do just that. Friendly and quick service at a very decent price. I hope to never need them in a lockout emergency but I’m glad I found the best neighborhood locksmith early in my move. If only finding an eyebrow place was that easy!

Serving the NY Tri-​state area, we are so happy that we found Graham Locksmith. A family run business, brothers Arthur and Benjamin, know what they are doing and will treat you well.
I had to describe the trouble we were having with our doors on the phone when Arthur asked if I could just send him a picture. After that he was able to quote me a price, which was within reason unlike another company I had called previously.
When he arrived he made the changes needed he was able to trouble-​shoot on the spot, and explain his recommendations well.
Finally, we had some key copies made by a local hardware store for another lock and they were not made well. I asked Arthur about it while he was here and although he didn’t need to bother with them but he made some adjustments on the spot and they worked better. That’s the kind of folks they are — if they can help, they will.
I definitely recommend them and would call them again myself if needed!

We just bought a new place in Williamsburg and our agent gave us the number to this place, after reading all the positive reviews we called them and they sent Isaac who was great from beginning to end.
Isaac was very professional and has a great sense of humor, we needed 5 new locks installed, he came to our home with everything in a 2 hour notice. After he was finished we walked through and tested each one and he made sure it was to our satisfaction.
I will save Isaacs number for future lock work and referrals.

I had a really tough time finding a way to copy a specialized key, Arthur was so kind to use a machine he had at a different shop to cut the key and brought it to this location for me to pick up. Customer service like this not only saved me time and money, but given that its the day before Thanksgiving, he saved me some unneeded extra stress as well!!!
