So I wanna start by saying this shop is amazing from the devices they sell to the employees that work there I stopped by just after I picked up a vape again went there and told Fabian that I wanted to start building instead of using tanks and his response was «just pick up the atomizer and come back and i’ll teach you» I did just that and now I’m building my own coils and enjoy vaping and it’s a good place to hang out and vape in a good friendly environment and the owner Ilona is an amazing boss she shows nothing but the utmost respect for all her employees and all customers and the fact that they have a happy hour makes them even better this shop is amazing I recommend it

Great knowledgable assistance with ZERO pretension. So nice to be helped without the bro vibe.
Also very cute lounge area for anyone who wants to relax in store.
Had another good experience with this store. Found the salesperson helpful and willing to accommodate within reason.
Update: while they replaced my non functioning e cig a month after I purchased it– the replacement isn’t working now a month after that. Pretty annoying.

I moved to East Williamsburg about six months ago, and was incidentally trying to shift from Blu e-​cigs to something that wasn’t, well, terrible. So, one day I went to grab some Tex-​Mex that’s about a two minutes walk from my apartment, and right across the street was Brooklyn Vaper.
«Wait, is that a steampunk themed vape shop? Yes, yes it is. I want to go to there.»
I walked in and dealt with the friendly, helpful staff, who were able to set me up with exactly what I was looking for. The staff varies, but they’re all really nice and helpful.
The shop itself has a warm, rustic look in a «ye olde shoppe» sort of way, and sometimes displays works from local artists. Their selection is massive and fairly priced, and you earn a nice discount after 10 visits or so. *Fair warning: you can’t apply the discount to Ploom (Pax and Juul) products, but that’s only because BV sells them at virtually no markup, which is pretty great on its own.
Bottom line: if you’re looking to start vaping or are just looking for a new place to buy your vape supplies, just go here already.
Need me to sweeten the deal? There are tacos across the street. You now have every possible reason to go, so go.

I biked to seven vape shops around brooklyn as a complete n00b to the vaping world… this was the only place that guided me to the right path…(be it sith or jedi)…
Amongst an asteroid field of locales, this was the spot that granted me shelter, knowledge, attentiveness, and the absolute best training/​product.
Laid back, beyond knowledgable, and engaged. The man behind the counter truly knew his $h!t and I did my best to soak it up. As a long time bartender, I can see through fake customer service bs… my verdict on this experience is that I plan on frequenting Brooklyn Vaper for all of my vaping needs!
Hell, I plan on stopping in to meet all the employees.
If you’re uncertain (as I was) or a seasoned vet, I implore you to check out Brooklyn Vaper. These people run our type of place. And more importantly they know/​care.

Let’s be real, before spending few months in the vape capital of the country, I probably would have given this place four stars. That said, I now know my shit. I don’t enjoy giving small businesses low ratings but I have to keep it 100 when it comes to the vape industry. These places can save lives by getting people to stop smoking. I want people to go somewhere they will leave feeling like they can ask for help and get good service.
The first time I came here was prior to living on the west coast. I briefly looked the menu, picked out two flavors, then left. Once I completed my 30 minute walk home in the sweltering summer heat, I saw that one of the bottles was expired by quite a few months. Strike one.
The last time I came here was after my stint on the west coast, where I had switched from a pen to a box vape. Having just returned, I looked up vape shops and found good old BV was the nearest. I bought a replacement coil and some juice and went home. I didn’t put in the new coil right away, but I wish I had. It was defective and rendered my vape useless until bought a new one elsewhere. Strike two.
During both of those visits and all the visits in between, I had not once been offered to sample a flavor I asked about. Every time I did, they would grab it and ring it up on the register. Im sure if I asked they would have let me, but it is protocol at every other shop I’ve been to to set up a sample if they know I’ve never had the flavor. I also felt uncomfortable asking because of the guy at the register’s attitude. My last trip, the place reeked of weed, so maybe he’s just stoned. But come on dude. The least you could do is acknowledge me instead of ignoring me to complain about whatever to your vape gal. If you’re going to make the atmosphere this uncomfortable, stop pretending your a lounge. Get rid of seating area and make it a boutique.
Not here to fuck with their business. They do have flavors I haven’t found elsewhere. I like the art and the space has a lot of potential. I just hope they don’t get huffy about a low rating and actually read this so improvements can be made. It’s a really convenient spot for me and I miss having a place to, lounge and vape.

A very cool little vape shop/​lounge. I loved the steam punk theme they had going on. the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. thanks for the excellent mint flavored vape juice. I’m loving it.

If you state your hours are 12 – 7, I should be able to walk in at noon. It’s 12:07 and the gate is still down.

Ilona is extremely knowledgable and helpful. Whenever I have questions about vaping and/​or when I need to refill on juice I plan on going back here. The store is a cool place to hang out as well, attracting interesting characters. I should also mention that they have CBD Drip, which has been a great addition to my vaping experience.

Fabian is great. Love the décor. Really helpful info from this guy. Looking forward to stopping back in when I get into rebuildables.

One of my favorite places of all time. Down to earth Vape shop anyone feels comfortable here. It’s antique steam punk theme adds a really cool element. The owner is chill and always around, she loves when Vape people just come to do HW, shop and or talk. The prices are good and they have everything you need, definitely come check it out.

This place is amazing! They have the absolute best selection for great prices. Ilona is super friendly, and will happily bestow her vast vape knowledge upon you. It’s nice to have a shop where you can feel comfortable to sample and hangout a bit. Not just a sterile place where you buy and leave. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Ive been trying out numerous vape shops around the city this one by far takes the cake. has all the latest mods and juices other places dont even have yet. not to mention so close to home. The Owner Llona was so helpful and i really felt like we made a connection as we talk about everything from vaping to cuban sandwiches to harleys. Will definetly be going back weekly and recommending to friends

Super friendly staff and loving the intimate steampunk interior! I love that I work in the area and I can pop in here to the shop during lunch break to try and buy some new flavors.

Omg, I finally made it to this place. The atmosphere is awesome. The décor is so steampunk. Much bigger than the 240 Kent ave location, a great chill spot with comfy seats. Come chill here try some juices and buy something. I’ve quit smoking 2 packs a day because of this place.

This place is a gem. I been going to ALT Smoke in the city and they are great but these guys are closer and very helpful. This is my new one stop shop for all vape supplies for me.

Stopped by Brooklyn Vapor on my lunch break to pick up some replacement coils this afternoon after searching on Unilocal for a nearby shop. Was greeted by Ilona, the owner and her dog! She was very friendly, knowledgable and happy to help. They have a large selection of premium juices, which you can try before you by, which always a plus in my book. I’d definitely check this place out again if I was in the area and you should too…

I popped in as I was walking home, thank god I did, the feel of the store was more like me waking in to granddads smoking room then a shop where I could learn about vaper. wood paneled walls, interesting oddities packed shelfs and hung on the walls. Everything and anything to do with e-​smoking and vapers. Llona is the most amazing adviser, she took time to show me the whole range of products. She was interested in me as a person, finding out what I enjoyed about smoking and when and where I do it. Once we found a tank and MVP that worked for me, I took a seat in the most wonderful chair opened the menu to start trying flavor after flavor — I ended up with cigar and peach. There is no doubt that I will be returning. It’s the first time in ten years that I have not lit a smoke (I smoked two packs aday) in over 24hours.
I highly recommend dropping by to check this hidden gem out!!!
The only thing missing — was a cup of coffee and an tobacco scented candle…

I have only been to a handful of Vape shops, but the people that work for Brooklyn Vaper have so far been not only the most knowledgable, but also the most friendly. And I mean friendly like, «Hey have we hung out before?» friendly. Ilona rocks, nuff said. Go in here if you want to try their selection of flavors, stay to talk and taste a bunch, and leave with your new vaporizer because who needs cigarettes anyway these days. They have something for everyone here, so get on the train if you haven’t already.

As a long time customer of the other store, I have to say this 2^nd location is pretty awesome.
The décor is steampunk rad, and they are stocking most of same juices and gear.
Today I tried 3 new batteries, then 3 different colors, till I found the just right match for my tank.
Awesome as always.
