JR is by far the best hairstylist I’ve ever had, she’s taken my boring haircut to GQ standards. She is both a pleasure to be around and is very caring.

I have been a guest of Clear Waters Salon and Day Spa for over 5 years. I’ve had everything from hair (cut, color, style), mani/​pedi, facial and massages (deep tissue and hot stone). I keep going back. My chosen masseuse, Rita, is absolutely amazing. She is patient, friendly and extremely thorough. She takes the time to find out what ails you and where you need the most work.
The salon staff is all very warm and always friendly. You always feel you are among friends at Clear Waters.
The stylist are always up to date on current trends.
A full line of styling and beauty products are available for purchase.
If you feel like being pampered you should definitely stop by.

This spa was a home run! I booked my husband a massage and a facial for myself on a Sunday and mostly picked them because of the open hours during the quiet season and the good previous reviews. We were both wowed, from the foot bath right off the bat to the the wonderful facial with Jo who was a perfect mix of leaving with amazing skin and feeling totally relaxed. My husband likes deep tissue and was impressed with his massage. A great way to compliment a weekend away, we will be back!

I have been coming to see Julie Vance at Clear Waters for almost ten years now and I can say with all honesty that she is the most talented and patient stylist I have ever worked with. Usually, I only patronize a salon for a year at most, as the stylist eventually fails to accommodate my needs with my very thick hair and the styles I want to try. Julie has always been willing and able to provide exceptional and modern runway styles, even with my sometimes uncooperative hair. I can not speak highly enough about the stylists, the salon, and the service at Clear Waters!

I always LOVE my hair after I leave. Katie Reshel is the BEST stylist I have ever had. She listens to what you want and she will tell you the truth if it wont work with your hair. She is also fabulous at giving pedicures! She is all around the best! I will always go to her.

As always another great experience at Clearwaters. Rachael is the best if you have short hair like me. The staff is always very kind and attentive. A must try if you have never been.

My girlfriends and I went to Lake Geneva for a girls weekend. Before we left we had all decided to get massages. We looked at a couple other spas before we found Clear Waters. They were able to accommodate all 5 of us at the same time. I myself have never had a massage and was nervous. We arrived and within minutes they had our group over on the spa side and shortly after we had our feet soaking and the fragrances were wonderful. The masseuse I had, Rita, was amazing. I had the 30 minute stress buster and I can’t even describe the relaxation I felt after the massage and into the next few days. The lavender sent and oils used were wonderful. The next time I am in Lake Geneva I will be making an appointment. That was so great and I had a wonderful time.

I brought my mom there last week for her birthday. We started in the waiting room where we had a complimentary foot soak and was offered water, coffee or tea. We each had a 30-​minute facial which also included choice of a hand or foot massage as well. Candace did an amazing job on my facial. I had never had one before and it was very relaxing and my skin felt great when she was done. I do not have the name of my mom’s esthetician, but she also did an amazing job. When I was waiting in the hallway afterward, she came out of the room where my mom was and even complimented her for looking great at 74 years of age!
I would highly recommend this spa to everyone. Very professional.

I used to use them ALL the time for skin care services. I LOVED the girl Alyana (I would give her 5 stars) however she moved and is no longer there.
Because of my amazing service with her I did not give a second thought when I booked them for hair for my wedding. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!
By the time my bridesmaids got back to the hotel, ALL of them had to have their hair re-​done. Hair was falling out, some of it just looked thrown together. Thank god one of my bridesmaids was a hair dresser. It set my whole wedding day back. As it took us 2 extra hours to get ready. In addition to this, the owners were rude. As if we were not good enough to be at their salon.
I will not be returning and I would tell any bride to find a different salon if you do not want this same experience.

A friend and I chose this spa kind of at random, for a massage while on vacation.
The experience was very good. We are experience spa-​goers and have HIGH STANDARDS.
Vivian was our therapist, we each had Swedish, and we agreed they were very nice massages. She used the right combination of muscle work, relaxation movement, heat and scented lotion. Ask for her if you go.
There is a nice waiting area, very peaceful, where you soak your feet in a warm bath while sipping herbal tea before your massage. There is no shower so remember to take one before you get there. Vivian used non-​greasy lotion (I chose eucalyptus) so it wasn’t a problem getting dressed afterwards.
$ 85 for 60 minutes is a good price too! Will visit again.

They will give you a good haircut but don’t expect the staff to nice. Every time I’ve come in my hairdresser was always rude and snobby. I went a few times because they did a good job with my hair but the last time I went I was so upset with the way my hairdresser talked to me I’ll never go again or recommend this place.

After getting a facial done here on my Birthday, not only was I glowing on the outside, but as well as on the inside. They have amazing products that make the entire process feel so luxurious and my skin was radiant when we were done! I felt so pampered and the spa itself is set up so nice. The girls there were really great-​the atmosphere is perfect for indulging in some TLC for yourself!

I just can’t seem to catch a break at this place. Its one thing after another that goes wrong. I can officially say, i will not be returning to the salon.
Went a few months ago to get my hair colored. I have dark brown/​med brown hair and said i wanted to go light brown. After my hair being stripped, and toned, i left with orange hair. I called and asked to have them fix it. They agree. However, i couldnt have it fixed for another two days b/​c the girl who did (ruined) my hair wasnt in until then. I went back after working two 12 hour shifts at work (humiliated and getting strange looks) only to have her re-​tone my hair and it still looked orange/​with a little brown in it. YUCK. I had to go home and use a box color to fix it.
Thank God i emailed them to inform them of my experiance and they refunded me my whole payment. … i left the tip included.
Sooo. i thought i should give them another chance… not with hair though.
My Mom and I went in for a girls spa day. I should have known better. My mom had an appointment for a pedicure and i was going to do a light chem peel.
I laid down on the table in the back spa room and informed the clinician that i had been in the sun 11 days ago. She took one look at my skin and said she wouldnt recommend me getting the chem peel. I understood (but was a little bummed) so i went back out to the receptionist desk and grabbed their spa menu to see if i could find something else done while i was there. I asked if i could get a massage, they said no one was there from the massage dept. that day. Okay… So then i said how about a hot stone foot massage. I figured i could sit with my mom at the pedicure station and chit chat with her. They said the stones were not hot and no one was there to do the foot massage either. Okay… They offered a pedi but i had just had one, they offered a facial but i didn’t need one. Thats fine…
So i sat with my Mom, got nothing done (i really tried to spend my $$$ there but it seemed they didn’t want it)
My Mom and I left and headed over to the Abbey to get cocktails to unwind after our strange experience at Clear Waters…
I had a gift cert of $ 50 to use and i had driven 1hr and 30 min to get to LG and didn’t want to go home with out using this gift card or a spa service. So i called back and made an appointment for the next day to get a hot stone massage.
I went today and it was THE WORST massage i have ever had. I actually wanted to get up in the middle of it and leave. It was like my brother gave me a massage today (can you imagine). It sucked. The pace was bad, the pressure was slim to none, the massage its self was barely there. The stones were just skidded around my body with some oil or lotion and that was about it… ahhhhhhhhh so frustrating.
To sum it up. With having received orange hair and an over priced lotion job from someone who seemed to be a novice, i will not be returning there. Neither will my Mom.
Also, as a side note. They have charged me the wrong price on services and i had to speak up. Then they make you feel like an a@# for saying something when in fact it is their fault. So check your bill before leaving or as you are paying,

This is a FANTASTIC place for a relaxing spa visit. I had been looking for a great place for a couple massage at a reasonable cost (unlike some of the hotels in the area). The staff was incredibly attentive and calming in nature, and VERY professional. I will be returning to this spa for other services as well.

I have been to this salon a few times over the past few years during weekend trips to Lake Geneva. I have gotten great massages there, good pressure and balance and technique overall. The massage table is super comfy and the oil they use smells delicious. It is a very pretty and relaxing, yet homey and comfortable environment. I also got a lovely haircut my last visit a few months ago. I really like the Moroccan Oil products that they used on me in the hair salon.

Returned here for the third year in a row for our Girls’ Weekend. Loved it!

For being in my (teeny tiny) hometown, this place is amazing. They have a myriad of services and from what have personally experienced are talented at all of them. I had a haircut here last fall by Julie, and she was fabulous. You know when you walk into a hair salon and size up the person who’s about to cut your hair? If they have winged bangs or a poodle perm, you want to scream and run out the door but you sit down in their chair anyway… and know you’re in trouble. This girl had the chicest hair I’ve ever seen this side of the Mississippi and an attitude to match. I knew I was in good hands. I didn’t have a picture to show her, but my hair came out EXACTLY the way I’d envisioned it in my head. Perfect. I got so many compliments that day… *sigh.
I also had a manicure here and the woman who did it was great. I wished I had time to get a pedicure before I moved to Cali because their footbaths and cushy seats looked heavenly.
