excellent every time we visit. Samantha is our waitress every time.(had her twice and asked for her ever since) food is great and she is such a treat to have while my wife and I are out on the town!

Good food and a nice atmosphere. Prices are fair and portions are large. Consistently high quality food. Reservations are a good idea if you’re going on a weekend night, otherwise, it’s a crap shoot(casino pun intended). Highly recommend the prosciutto appetizer, the presentation is great and the flavor is on point.

A+ experience. Server was attentive and knowledgable. Management was available and interactive with everyone. A few people in our party ordered the signature cocktail and it was amazing!!! The food was paced perfectly and was delicious. A must if ever in the area. Bravo!!!

Was pleased for the most part. Because we made a reservation, we were seated immediately. I really appreciated that. The waitress who had a striking resemblance to Amy Schumer, was a little cold, more toward me(of course I’m a woman). My husband even picked up on it and thought it was strange. However, I can’t pick on the service, because all of the food runners were so sweet and cordial when they’d bring us our food. The all-you-can-eat pasta was good. I do not recommend the flourless chocolate cake unless you like the taste of chocolate jello mold with bland vanilla ice cream.

Almost perfect dining experience. Been there a few times. Two things need fixing . The cream for the coffee is ice cold … Not just cool. Ice cold… Added to coffee cools the coffee too quickly. It doesn’t have to be that cold . When asked if one would like grated cheese or fresh ground pepper, the server vanishes and appears with the device in what seems like an extraordinarily long amount of time. I always comment that they went next door to get it. Stage the devices closer to patrons. Other than the above minuscule annoyances, the place does a great job all around.

I’m from out of town and heard great things about this place and the fact that it’s inside of a casino — brownie points for me!!! We made reservations but it wasn’t busy at 6pm on a Thursday. The place has an open layout when you walk in and the bar is nicely set up too. There is more space in the back and that’s where we sat. The service was terrific! Apps– Arancini — complete deliciousness! Main course — Braised Beef Shirt Rib Ravioli — I had the best plate and highly recommend this one!!! Amazing!

Stopped in for lunch and a little black jack. Chicken Marsala and my husband ordered the grilled chicken panini. Perfect portions. Atmosphere was nice although some of the bulbs were out in the chandeliers –6 bulbs in one of them. That bugged me but the food was great.

Up until this time, my experiences with the Mohegan restaurants have not been good ones. The food is overpriced and mediocre at best and the service is no better. The same can not be said for the Rustic Kitchen. I stopped for a late lunch on Saturday afternoon and was incredibly pleasantly surprised with both the food and service. I ordered the baked mac and cheese with porcini mushrooms & peas in a creamy fontina & parmesan cheese sauce drizzled with truffle oil. It was OUTSTANDING as was the service. The truth is that for $ 15 for lunch mac & cheese, it needed to be outstanding and it exceeded my expectations. Despite leaving with a takeout container, I was still too full to try one of the desserts that looked amazing.

made 10pm reservations and was seated right away when we arrived. they gave some a nicely crusted bread and cheese dip as a complimentary starter. i ordered the Grilled Hanger Steak With roasted garlic, parmesan-truffle steak fries & spicy tomato relish & red wine jus –steak was cooked perfectly. Red wine jus complimented the steak very well. Substituted the fries for mashed potatoes instead. Potatoes tasted homemade and smooth. Wasn’t a fan of the tomato relish, so I left that alone. my boyfriend ordered the bake rigatoni –came in a very hot iron skillet. Portion was huge and delicious. The cheese was endless and the meatballs were tender. He also ordered a side of parmesan truffle fries. Fries were crisp and delicious. I recommend this place for its cheap prices, huge portions, and wonderful staff.

Took my wife for get birthday this past weekend. It was our first visit and won’t be our last! We had the Italian spring rolls for an appetizer which rocked! We both had the hanger steak with fries which was also top notch. And on your birthday, you get free dessert! My wife and I split the double chocolate cake which was huge and also delicious. It’s on the expensive side, but would recommend giving this place a try at least once.

I was here on a Saturday night for a late dinner — my boyfriend and I were starving! I was hesitant at first to try Rustic since it’s inside the casino. But we were extremely happy with our choice to dine here! They have an extensive menu with plenty of hearty Italian options. I decided on the beef short rib ravioli. I LOVED it! The raviolis are pretty big and are stuffed with braised beef short rib. The sauce is a little tangy and there are caramelized onions and mushrooms and peas to complement the dish. Also can’t forget the big chunks of Parmesan cheese, too! The portion was large, I was able to save half for lunch the following day. My boyfriend ordered their chicken parm. It was about $ 17 and was a GREAT value. He got two HUGE chicken cutlets(yes, two!!) and a generous portion of pasta. He eats a lot, and even he was able to save half for lunch the next day. He was full after both halves! Our server was great and very knowledgeable about the food and drink menu. If you’re having an Italian craving, I definitely recommend going to Rustic! Your taste buds will leave happy and your stomach will leave full.

It pains me to go so low with rustic kitchen but I have to… Our appetizer was amazing. We had the sausage egg rolls. I’ve never had anything like it. Unfortunately everything else was just not good. The sangria lacked spice and substance. The crab cakes were 15% crab and 85% filler and the orechetta pasta with sausage was literally smothered in oil. I’m talking like at least one cup of oil with garlic and that was the sauce. yuck. I should have taken pictures. The flourless chocolate cake that they gave us for our anniversary was very nice and it tasted great. Our waitress as well as the manager were very attentive. But nothing really made up for our entrees. Typically I only give bad reviews to restaurants where my cooking far exceeds there’s. In this case I can absolutely say that it does. Maybe we got the wrong dishes? Who knows. All I can say is that my stomach hurts and I feel like I just wasted my $$

Best food in PA! Went to a few places before this and Rustic blows them out of the water. The food was incredible and our server Jamileh was on point, friendly, personable and easy on the eyes. I’d recommend this to anyone in NY visiting this area.

I have eaten here at least 60 times. This place is great and the food is all homemade. Background on the restaurant is that there are currently only three in the entire country. Each restaurant has their own menu and all of the restaurants have the«Rustic Kitchen Ale» which is their own house beer. Drinks are amazing — best sangria I have ever had(they make it in house) — also they infuse their own vodka’s making amazing martinis. Happy hour runs 5 – 7 and features bar and high top menus with small plate appetizers along with discounted drinks. I have done their live cooking show several times — if you haven’t heard of it they have a professional chef come in and do a live cooking show. Just like on television with you sitting there inches away from the star. Unlimited wine, 4 course meal. Best Eats: Stuffed chicken, clam chowder, calamari, spring rolls, tilapia francaise, ahi tuna, filet mignon. I have never had a bad meal here and keep coming back and back again.

Stopped in for drinks and an appetizer during happy hour. We were very pleased with the drink selection and enjoyed complimentary snacks while at the bar– white bean dip with warm bread and fresh chips. We also ordered a crab dip which was awesome. The bartender was attentive and cheerful. My partner and I had 2 drinks each and the appetizer, spending under $ 20(AMAZING). We felt full enough to hold off grabbing dinner another hour or so and spent more time on the casino floor.

This review is for a «Cooking with Kate» private function. Visited for my friend’s 30th, and it was a really cool, unique experience. Kate will cook for your group while you enjoy the meals you’re watching her prepare only a few feet in front of you. It’s like being on Emeril Live without having to deal with Emeril’s terrible cooking, annoying catch phrases, and giant cameras in your face(yes, I’ve been there). If you or a loved one love to watch the Food Network and/or love to cook, this is a great option for a memorable party. It’s a bit expensive at 60 — 70 bucks a person, and you also need a 25 person minimum to book, but I think it was worth it.

Nice place, although the location is within the Casino. If just coming for a meal, note that you will need to plan ahead to self park and walk, or valet. The Italian Sausage Rolls are excellent, and worthy of getting two for dinner! Overall, not a bad spot and has a nice atmosphere. Wine list is short, but for the price, not a bad selection.

I have eaten here 30+ times. I’m not joking ether. This place is great. First the rustic kitchen is located at the casino. It is nice because once you go inside 90% of the noise goes away. They have 2 sections a front section with a full bar and a brick oven pizza and a back section with a full cooking studio. The back is more private and more romantic. One night a week you can watch a local cooking show that they tape at the RK. I have seen it before it is cool you pay one price and you get cooking lessons wine and a meal cooked my a chef right in front of you. The staff here is amazing. Every time I have gone here they always go the extra mile. They remember me and always ask what I have been up to or where I’m traveling to next. There has even been a wait sometimes when I arrive and they make room to get me in right there. The food is great and the drinks are great. The RK serves everything from homemade pizzas and pasta to full Italian dishes and even steak. I have had just about everything on the menu. The menu is pretty straight forward. My fav dishes are the chicken parm dinner the meatloaf and the calimari with red peppers. On every table as soon as you sit down they always bring a plate of there freshly baked tomato infused bread and homemade bean and cheese hummus. Where the pizza oven is in the front is where they make the bread and you can also see pasta drying over head. The drinks are good I usually get a manhattan scotch neat and they always hook me up. I would say I’m probably eating here 2 times a month on average only when I come into the area for work. I will def be going back here. PROS: — friendly staff –good food — great ambiance CONS: — if you are at the bar you can hear casino noise
