No drive through here, but early in the morning you will find a spot at a nearby meter around the square. The place was packed with kids from one of the nearby colleges, so all of the tables were occupied. The line moved quickly and my order was filled fast and accurate. The coffee was not the usual DD quality. It tasted a bit watered down. It just wasn’t there. The sausage patty in the turkey sausage flatbread was overdone and a bit chewy. But the chocolate frosted donut was ON. That was the highlight of the visit today.

My favorite. My coffee is always pretty perfect. The only drawback is waiting in a long line sometimes.

Awful service! Line of 13 people and employees are on their cell phones! 10 minutes per person for service is ridiculous do donuts & coffee! Get it together. Going back to Starbucks where customers come first.

Friendly, fast service, especially for a busy place like Public Square. I WISH we had a closer dunkin with a drive through, as parking can be annoying, but it’s a perfect spot to stop when you’re walking through the city.

Friendly staff and prompt service. I’m not a big fan of DD, but I needed a caffeine fix. Small place, but not to gather your thoughts. Today, there was this family at the next pretty much carrying a very loud conversation. As a fellow customer, I really don’t want to hear to did what to who in who’s family. Seriously, that be a personal, ala QUIET, amongst yourselves. Or, better yet, bring it outside; there’s a small plaza across the street. Lawdy!

This is the best coffee/donut spot in downtown Wilkes-Barre and the newest and best iteration of DD on Public Square. I recently called this store with a last-minute request to pick up a few Boxes O Joe and the workers were friendly and accommodating. I apologized for the late noticed but informed them all their info on Unilocal was inaccurate. They smiled and mentioned how it happens a lot. Well, here’s hoping this review lets more people know about the downtown location and additionally we will hopefully see Unilocal update the page with the new official info from DD corporate so there can be less confusion. I also grabbed a cool DD tree ornament from this shop because I was so thrilled with the service. No drive-thru and it’s a bit on the small side, but a functional, friendly DD and it has Wi-Fi and accepts DD Mobile payments.

Right downtown. Friendly prompt service on a busy morning. No drive through due to location.
