I went to the Seapointe Beach Grill a few times while staying at Seapointe Village. Seapointe Beach Grill is a perfect spot for lunch since it offers the convenience of being located right on the beach. One day I ordered the turkey with provolone hoagie which was definitely large enough to split with someone. A second time, I ordered the chicken caesar salad, which was a generous portion and contained a large amount of grilled chicken. The thin cut french fries are cooked to perfection and a great compliment to any sandwich. I thought the prices were reasonable given the portion size. The counter help was attentive and friendly. Frank who works at the grill was friendly and got my order right every time. He even added sweet and hot peppers on the side to my first lunch order to compliment the turkey sandwich, I would highly recommend Seapointe Beach Grill to anyone who is staying at Seapointe Village or in the nearby beach vicinity.

You’ve been on the beach for awhile. You don’t really feel like trekking out for food. But you’re hungry. And you spy the Seapointe Beach Grill at the edge of the beach and decide heck, it’s in easy walking distance, may as well just eat something here. And if you keep your expectations super-low, your meal will probably suffice for satiating your hunger, but don’t expect it to please your palate all that much. Besides the expectation of mediocre food options that consist of hot dogs, burgers, chicken sandwiches, and subs, you should also expect to wait an interminable amount of time for your order to be completed. It doesn’t take more than 2 or 3 people in line to start overloading the kitchen, which is essentially housed in the back half of this little wooden beach shack. Luckily there are several tables with umbrellas for shade that you can wait under. Expect to share those tables with strangers if you are a party of 4 or less. The only food hint I can give you is the turkey burger topped with sautéed spinach, roasted red peppers, and provolone. It’s a remarkably complex and ambitious menu item given all the other simple fare they offer, but it’s actually the best thing I’ve tried on the menu. Fine in a pinch. After all, you’re enjoying a day off on the beach. That should be enough to make you happy even if the food doesn’t.

Came here for a quick bite while on the beach because I was too lazy to go anywhere else. I ordered a jerk chicken sandwich and a buffalo chicken wrap for the hubby. My sandwich was ~6.50 and the wrap ~7, and an order of cheese fries ~4.50 The highlight of the meal was the cheese fries– slim cut with a generous portion of nacho cheese like cheese(i happen to like the yellow stuff) which stayed crispy in their plastic to-go container. My chicken sandwich was so bare; literally a thin slab of chicken slapped between a kaiser roll. No lettuce, no tomato… I was utterly confused and disappointed. They should really consider using more to fluff up their sandwich: where did my $ go? Hubby’s wrap was okay and it actually did have lettuce and tomato so it wasn’t bad. Overall: overpriced; will not return. Please beef up your sandwiches if you’re going to charge that much.
