Todd and his Dad did our bathroom tiles and backspalsh. it was awesome! very happy with their worksmanship! they trustworthy and very easy to work with.

Best Best tile vendor I have had. I have used Todd and Bill for 5 years now for all my most picky and demanding clients. Once we schedule a project it is always delivered on time and superb execution! Can’t rave enough about them but my pictures can speak volume!!!

It’s a father and son team, so sometimes you have to wait for their availability. But it is totally worth the wait.
Pricing is very good and if they are able, they pass on their contractor discounts for tile on to you!

(Updated 11−30−13) I scheduled them to do a kitchen backsplash at my home and it was booked three weeks out for the mon/​tues of Thanksgiving week. On Sunday I texted them to confirm the arrival time and was told they took a large job and would have to reschedule me for three weeks later. Had I not contacted them they would have been a no show/​no call and due to this my kitchen was left horribly unfinished for my 20 guests during the Thanksgiving holiday. Needless to say my wife was pissed and they will never receive another referral from me. Pretty shortsighted business ethics as they received (and completed) 7 jobs from me this year! The bright side is David Jones (Tile) stepped in a week later and did a fabulous job so I am happy to have an even better tile guy that I can refer to my clients!

I was referred to Oz Stone & Ceramics from Arizona Tile in Murrieta. I was looking to install 1400 sq. ft of porcelain tile in my new house and wanted to find a contractor to rip up the standard flooring and install it. Todd’s communication is EXCELLENT! He always did what he said he would do. I lived in Northern CA and was coordinating this project to start immediately after the closing of my house in Menifee. Todd extended his contractor discounts for the material needed and was very reasonably priced! We communicated by phone, text and also email. I made a special trip to So. Cal. to meet with potential contractors I had communicated with and Todd made sure he took the time to meet with me.
When the time came for me to purchase the tile I needed from AZ Tile, it was out of stock! Todd recommended that I also check Emser Tile and I found a tile up in No. Ca. through them instead. He informed me of simple things like Dal Tile and Emser may be closed on weekends. I selected a tile and he got me pricing for it right away. He was excited because it was a very nice (travertine looking) porcelain tile. He installed 1400 sq. ft. of tile on my first floor. He is very meticulous, honest, kind, punctual, funny… overall, he and his DAD — Bill are just awesome!
No headaches… just wonderful results! I couldn’t believe there wasn’t a Unilocal review about Oz Stone & Ceramics! Before you decide to install flooring with your builder, take a leap and do some research! You’d be surprised how much money you would save if you hired a contractor and purchased the tile yourself.
I am very grateful to have found TODD and his dad — BILL! They also installed about 200 sq. ft of 12×24 pan american tile in my master bathroom. Cuts are clean, work is clean, they certainly clean up well… they JUST ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! The picked up the 1400 sq. ft. of tile and delivered it to my home, they removed the carpet and vinyl and disposed of it also.
I highly, highly, highly recommend them! It’s awesome to find a contractor who knows what they’re doing! Both Emser and AZ Tile spoke highly of OZ Stone & Ceramics!
