i love this tanning salon and spa. great equipment, well maintained, and awesome employees .
the last time i was in bridgett helped me. wow… what awesome customer service.
bridgett was knowledgable, and i was impressed by how courteous and quickly she got me to each macine.
of course i bought a membership because she was polite answered all my questions, and got me in and out quickly. i just wanted to commend the manager on her employee, and let itan know we appreciate the training they are providing its employees, as well as hiring people who care.

I just join a few days ago and the day I came in the girl that helped me was so nice. She showed me all the beds and was very helpful and answered all my question … Just wish they had music playing the passed few times I went they had nothing playing. But overall I am very happen

Super clean! Katie was super helpful and nice. She was very patient and knowledgeable on all my questions. I walked in just wanting to try out a bed and walked out with a membership. The beds have their on speakers which is nice incase you forget your head phones.

I’m writing this as a solid complaint. I haven’t ever had to deal with anymore of a disorganized business than this one. I am from Seattle area where I was a frequent tanner. I moved to California looking for a new tanning salon. My brother told me he was a member at Itan and he was moving but had just had our mother as a gift prepay till the end of April.
The transfer was approved by a manager via email. The first time I went to one of the salons I waited over 30 – 40 mins to even have them begin my tan. (They said I didn’t have an account, and they had no notes on my brothers account for the transfer and that they just needed to contact their manager to see what to do)
Nothing was done correctly apparently even after making my own profile because the next time I went in, the same thing happened again. Another 40 minute wait before tanning.
And the girl again telling me «I’m so sorry, I’ll get everything situated so it won’t happen again»
I have not wanted to even go use the membership since. Just due to the inconvience of time and the lack of customer service. Also the girls in the salon making me feel like I’m lying until the manager gives the okay for me to tan.
I go in today to the location I’ve gone to before and the girl has a problem pulling up my account. Once she does she’s like oh it shows you had a free month but that’s over so it’s going to be $ 30 for a spray tan today. I began again to tell her about the transfer and that I had it up until the end of April. Even though I had only used the account 3 times with a $ 400 prepaid membership. She had to call her manager once again. I waited just to be told my membership ended on April first and I only had one month to use the membership. All of that was incorrect. It was prepaid for in cash until the end of April. This place is a huge disappointment. I will not be returning. Not only was the money just «taken» due to the transfer being done incorrectly but the inconvience of having to get okay’d before tanning only three times in 4 months. Perfect tan now has my business and does a great job. Worst tanning salon I’ve ever been to.

I haven’t been to a tanning salon In over 2yrs, I’m new to the area so decided to check this place out for a monthly membership, the employee that helped me was very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel pressured to get any extra services I didn’t need, loved the customer service and place is really clean :) overall satisfied with my 1^st experience here.

Went on Monday for my Mystic Spray Tan and there was a little malfunction which left part of my leg not tan the next day, went back Tuesday and they took care of the issue quickly, professionally and with perfect customer service/​care! I go often for Spray Tan services in the warmer months and I have to say my go to is iTan. I started with them in San Diego and now live in Temecula. All their locations are clean and their team of employees rock. It Is amazing how a tan can make you feel so fresh, energetic and more attractive!!! I have the fairest skin on earth, iTan makes my skin glow and look healthier. Thanks for all you do! Everybody go to iTan for all your tanning needs and many other spa services.

Highly positive experience! The salon was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful! I brought a friend of mine who had never had a spray tan and they took their time explaining everything to her and helped to make her feel more comfortable and at ease. (*We were getting a spray tan for our cruise that left the next day.) Product was great… beautiful, even tan and the price was a STEAL! I highly recommend this iTAN! Wonderful staff (I feel terrible because I took a card from the gal at the front and asked her name so I could write a review and include her… but I lost the card and forgot her name.) My apologies. I only wish they could come up with a product that would not leave a scent the following few days after the spray… other then that, I will be back for sure! :) THANK YOU! Customer service at its *B*E*S*T*!!! (We went Wed. the 2^nd of January if that helps…)

I don’t tan unless I have a special event. Also, I have never been to this facility. The girl was super nice. The facility was clean. The prices are great. Can’t say much more, but that I will be a return customer come the next event.

I would like to start off by saying that I have not had a bad experience with iTan’s products, beds, and/​or sunless tanning. About a year and a half ago or so I got an iTan membership for a wedding I was in. I was happy with the tan I obtained from iTan. Summer soon started, and I no longer needed a membership. The staff suggested I «freeze» my account so that if I wanted to renew my membership, I wold not have to pay the start-​up fees again. I didn’t realize that there is a expiration date on the «freeze.» I was recently charged $ 65 without any notice whatsoever. I called the store thinking this must have been a mistake of some kind. The woman on the phone was not very helpful and simply told me that «iTan unfreezes accounts after a certain amount of time without notifying their customer and it was in the contract that I signed.» I asked for a reimbursement since I do not want a tanning pass right now. The woman stated that «We do not offer reimbursements. You signed the contract.» I told her I wanted to cancel my membership, and she informed me that I needed to come in a sign a document in order for that to happen. I told her I would be by later as to sign the contract and that I would never tan there again. Her response was a sarcastic «Okay, bye!» and hung up — not very good customer service.
After work, I went to iTan. I explained what happened to the women at the front desk (different than the woman on the phone), and she was very friendly. She apologized for the circumstance and told me she would make a note to her manager. I explained to her that every bill that I have notifies me before I will be charged. I expressed that I felt taken advantage of as a customer. I have paid $ 5 a monthly for 15 or so months. They have made roughly $ 75 from me for nothing. Then they force me into new membership pass and make another $ 65. The woman informed me that I could tan for the remainder of the month; however, I do not want or need a tanning membership right now. It’s a shame because I have my own wedding coming up and when that time comes I will be taking my business elsewhere. The woman at the front desk was helpful and had good customer service. I take responsibility for being negligent on signing a contract like I did; however, I don’t want my money going to a business that takes advantage of their customers. I’m not sure if management was notified as I never received a call or email. This is a business and they have to choice to reimburse their customers. I feel as though they do not care about their customers, rather use them to make money. As much as I like iTan’s products, I am disappointed in their business ethics, and I will no longer be a customer.

Wonderful experience. I have referred many of my friends and family to iTAN. Every time I come into this salon I am greeted warmly by the staff, even if they are really busy. The salon is always clean. The customer service is always great. The girls are very friendly and always helpful when i have questions.

Stopped by after work to get a spray tan before leaving for vegas the next day, the salon was busy but I was greeted instantly with a hello and smile as soon as I walked in. A pretty blonde girl with green eyes was working alone and had two customers in front of me and three behind me. I had never spray tanned here so I had some questions, she answered every one of them, she definately knew her stuff and walked me through the Versa spray tan booth even though she was busy she took her time with me and that meant a lot. Clean salon and amazing customer service. Loved my tan, this will be my new tanning salon from now on, great first time experience.

I started going to this iTan when I moved into this area. Its literally 5 minutes from my house.
The salon is super clean (which is pretty standard when it comes to iTan)
The staff here are great! SO friendly and helpful! I even recommended this salon to a friend and she loves it as well!

I love this place but I miss the old crew. It’s hit or miss now sometimes I think they should have the old ones train the new ones because they had it down perfect

If I could give this place no stars I would.
Let me just start off by saying that when I first started coming here I liked the place. But after about 3 weeks I started to notice the staff becoming more and more snotty and condescending. They are nice when they want to sign you up an take your money but if you don’t continually spend $ 80 on a bottle of lotion they are extremely rude to you. Also the people working there are just plain dumb and so fake. They don’t know anything about the equipment or the lamps UVB %.
Itan use to be a great place to tan but the company is not doing so good in general so their equipment maintenance is not up to par. You can see cracks in the acrylics, lamps out, dust throughout the beds… It’s just annoying because you spend all this money on a package and its really not worth it. I have not gotten any color from their beds, and I’ve used all of them! Plus they don’t have a standup which sucks because sometimes you just want to be in and out. Also the manager here is a little rude, snotty B… Very unprofessional… Pretty much an idiot in general.
I’ve switched to the Winchester location, the facility is way better.

I decided to try the «spa» service from iTan by trying the Fit Body Wrap. Not only was this procedure uncomfortable, but I did not leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Upon returning home, I did some online research and discovered that the owners of
also own the fit Fit Body Wrap product, but they carefully hide this from the public. I guess when the tanning part of their business started coming under attack from regulators, iTan must have decided to diversify by offering sunless spray tan and spa products such as aqua massage and body wraps. I also discovered that there is no scientific evidence that the Fit Body Wrap product works. In fact, many users will tell you that it’s a 100% scam. Don’t believe me? I should of given this place a 5 star the first time. Love love love this place. Every time I go I am so impressed with the staff and how clean it is. Plus all their equipment is top notch.

I really enjoy having a membership here. My favorite person is Chris! He’s always professional and always just a joy to see when I come in or call to ask questions. I have the membership that includes all the services and it’s 100 but you have unlimited services and it’s so nice to treat yourself!

I absolutely LOVE iTan! I have used several of their different location including San Marcos, Temecula and Winchester. (San Marcos is my main location since it’s right by my work, but I live in Murrieta and there are local locations there too! talk about convenience for a busy, working mom!) The girls are amazing, the beds are amazing and their overall customer service and care for their customers is unmatched! And trust me! I’ve looked! I HIGHLY recommend the Sun Angel Smart Bed! I am IN LOVE. The results I get from one week of tanning in the Smart Bed take 1 – 2 months in another bed! The BEST bed tanning experience by far! ** As a sidenote I actually came from another tanning salon; Perfect Tan in Temecula where I ended up leaving for a list of reasons… so I was already standoffish when I walked into iTan. The girls made me feel absolutely welcome, amazing and taken care of from day one! My iTan monthly unlimited Sun membership is worth every penny! I will never go anywhere else!!!
