I have been in the towing industry for over 20 years. I love my work and enjoy providing quailty service to my customers. My dream has been to have my own towing company to share with my family. Last year that dream came true. We are family owned and operated. Family is first. We would be happy to have you be a part of it!

I am Kerry Root. I was born in North Dakota and raised in Baldwin Park CA. I married my high school sweetheart. Shortly after we married we started our family. We have our Son Nickolas and Daughter Madee. Our family has lived in Wildomar for over 25 years. I started towing for a family friend shortly after high school and eventually ran the company. After several years I moved on and work for UCR in the agricultural department for 15 years. I went back to work in the tow business as a manager for 10 years. With the support of my family I am now happy to have my own company. Together our we have joined to make this dream of a family business come true.

I was going fishing at Lake Skinner with my son and cousin. On my way there I blew a wheel bearing on the boat trailer. I called Kerry and he was very good at helping me with my situation. Being 70 miles from home I needed a flat bed that was big enough to put my boat and trailer on. I was relieved that they had one. Long story short he got my boat and trailer home safely. I would highly recommend him if you need any kind of towing service. Fast and friendly.

Great service. I needed my car towed from a shop to my house, he was literally there waiting for me with my car on the truck before I could make it there to the shop which took me only 20 minutes. Amazing. I can’t say enough on how impressed I was. Great guy, he had me towed for a really fair price also. I will definitely be using his towing services from here on out whenever I need towing.

Fast and great service. My Eclipse was having transmission problems so I needed a tow so I could get it serviced. Gave me a call to confirm where I was and arrived very quickly.
My car couldn’t be fixed so they had to be called again. Arrived quickly, loaded the car up and got me back home. The day sucked, but these guys made it a little better.

Great service and quick response after 6 pm. My car decided it didn’t like the key and put itself in lockdown mode at the gas pump. Super helpful, including stopping by our house to pick up another vehicle on the way to the dealer. We would highly recommend this company for any of your needs. Rates are very reasonable which is a bonus. This company is a great representation of what a tow service should be: fast, professional, and courteous.

They are amazing. Very professional and actually care about your vehicle. They took excellent care of loading my show truck (the joker truck) and getting it where it needed to go safely without a scratch. Prompt service anywhere anytime. Great service! I called united, steves, brothers, some big name tow yards and their prices were through the roof with horrible customer service. I’d recommend this tow company any day to anyone who wants a tow. Best tow guy in elsinore area by far.

I ended up getting my truck stuck in the mud launching my jet ski at lake Elsinore. After trying every trick in the book to get it out I called a couple towing places but half wouldn’t even meet me out there. I got one quote for $ 250 but that was way too much just to get winched. I called these guys up and they were there in 15 mins, hooked it up and had it out in probably 10 minutes. I recommend them if you need a tow in the Elsinore area.

En-​Root Towing is hands down the BEST business around! Not only professional, but caring. Kerry was called out by Ford for my car, but given the wrong information by them. When he got to me he was honest and didn’t want to mess my car up, so he had me call Ford back to bring back the right equipment. He had me sit in his nice, air conditioning truck and gave me cold water. When Ford told me I would have to wait another hour for someone else I was not very happy because my preschooler was stuck at school and they were closing. Not only did Kerry take me to go get my preschooler, he waited with us until the other tow truck got there to make sure we were safe and taken care of the right way. I felt like he was my guardian angel. Thank you Kerry, you are AMAZING!

Kerry Root is the definition of a true professional! I’ve had many Tow Companies show up not care about the customer or the vehicle but Kerry took his time made me feel like FAMILY and took care of my vehicle as if it was his own! My son’s car broke down last night at midnight. Luckily I found Kerry and En-​Root! I called him at midnight and he immediately headed out. My son and his car were home by 12:30! Kerry was such a great sport, and just so nice and personable. And he is incredibly affordable, even though it was midnight.
We will be using him again soon to get the car to the mechanic! Thanks again Kerry, we appreciate your help!

These Guys are Fantastic what a god sent, our doors lock with our baby in the car and we called them and they where there with a few minutes! Had us in our car fast! Made small talk with us to claiming our nerves, upon completion he had ask us with was fair for payment, They where totally, more concerned with our situation then just getting paid. THANKS GUYS!!!

Kerry is FANTASTIC! I called based on his Unilocal reviews and he did not disappoint! I needed towing from one location, storage for a couple of days and then towing to a second location. Kerry took care of it all for a very reasonable price!
I admit that I’m not an expert on towing services — I’ve only needed a tow once or twice, but I’d put En-​Root up against any other towing company. Kerry arrived earlier than anticipated. I was mentally prepared to meet the stereotypical tow truck driver with dirty coveralls, greasy grimy hands. However, Kerry greeted me in a nice white polo shirt with a firm, clean hand shake. He was friendly, personable but professional. Everything about the experience left me feeling completely comfortable and confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Not that I intend to need a regular tow, but being a local, I will always call En-​Root — and will recommend them to everyone else!

My boyfriends car broke down on the 15 in lake elsinore and in the process of calling a tow truxk that was suuuper expensive… kerry and his son nicholas happen to pull up next to us offering help. We were so lucky to have them find us, we even had a cake in the backseat (we were on our way to my nieces 1st bday party) and kerry was such a big help and went above and beyond to drive extra careful as to not ruin it. He also gave us a good deal seeing as we were down in the dumps. Super friendly people, and it weems rhey cant do no wrong, making sure their customers are always satisfied. Holy crap! Love this guy!!! Would totally recommend his towing. Cheaper than Hammer Tow. Asked if I was safe and alone. Got to me within 30 minutes from call. Suggested that my car be kept on his truck and said it wasn’t safe to leave it on the street. Very genuinely kind and caring!!! Love it!!!

I was headed home to Bakersfield from Wildomar when my Honda just shut off on the 15 freeway. I was waiting more than 40 minutes for Diamond towing when I decided to call En-​Root. They were here in less than 10 minutes from my call, friendly, fast, and efficient service. Locally owned business that genuinely cares about your safety and schedule. I was stranded and they came to my rescue, they will be the first and only call I make from now on!

Great Service… Answered the phone when I called and was available to take the call with no hesitation. I had a situation where they had to come back in an hour to do the tow and they were really reasonable and came back on time.
